and if the message is so important shouldn't it be the main topic there?

I guess it could be said that they must not be to much against other translations or they wouldn't quote from them. I would like to know why they have'nt come out with their version of a chain refference or study bible. How about a bible with strongs numbers. Oh wait, maybe that would show how biased the NWT is in some places. seek2find

No I don't. The KN 37 tract says kinda the same thing, about all beleifs based on the Bible. Try to convince some who have been disfellowshipped for years and have made unsucessfull atempts at geting re-instated of this. The new Orginazation book states that elders should wait a "year or even longer" before re-instating someone, but no scriptual support is given. Contrast this with the Biblical example of the Fathers forgiveness in the prodical son parable. It's just as Ray Franz pointed out in the "Witnesses of Jehovah" movie refering to Jesus words in Matthew where, refering to the Religious leaders of His day, it says that they have made the word of God null and void by their traditions. seek2find

Leolaia, I like the points you bring out. The thing that disturbs me the most is that JWs aren't supose to listen to any religious music that is not put out by the Society, but in this case, It's OK because it serves a purpose that glorifies the JW view. It's sickning. I have been finding much comfort and spirtual encouragement in Christian Music, that I never was allowed to listen to before. It's opened a whole new world to me that I never knew that existed. seek2find PS along the lines of Christian music, I was really impressed by the CD/DVD combo set called "Lifesong live" by Casting Crowns

It's like stillgroggy says. It's being sugested that witnesses send it to co-workers and tie it in with the tract campaign. It wouldn't be so bad except the music it's set too. seek2find
