  hello everybody i just discovered this site a few days ago and am now formaly introducing my self.

  i am 23 years old, i was born and raised in the truth, then about 2 1/2 ears ago i got discfellowshiped.

  i didn't know anything else besides the truth.

  I usually try to avoid fast food, but on those rare occastions when I do go it would be:

  1) Burger King - can't pass up the famous Whopper.

  2) KFC - orginal is my favorite

  3.) Taco Bell - chicken taco salad isn't bad

  4.) McDonalds - especially for their fries and they have great salads

  This isn't real big, but in my old congo...there was so many couples cheating on one another and leaving them for other people inside the congregations.

  From what gossip I hear now...it is still going on. It isn't a big shock any more when you hear who left who.

  after the wts became a troublesome entity for you, how did you feel about the specific jws that persuaded you to come into the org which subsequently caused you so much heartache?

  The sister who brought me into the WTS left her husband for another man, got DF'd, had a baby and moved to California. She was reinstated the last that I heard. Who knows where she is now....probably on this forum for all I know. lol

  Just had a mammogram

  i just had my first mammogram today and i can honestly say it wasn't fun.

  i quickly went from feeling just fine to being very worried.

  i felt a lump last month and now it is gone.

  I just had mine yesterday....yea, your right...ouch! But, to be on the safe side you sould keep up with having them.

  You were worried b/c the nurse came out and said that the test results would be sent to your doctor? That is routine and they don't discuss anything with you, all results are sent to your doctor. That is normal.

  As a side note: I asked the nurse, 'do you have the machine squeeze your breasts that tight when you have breast implants?' She explained that they push the breast implant back and they try to pull as much of the breast tissue forward to do the mammo. Now that sounds painful!

  She told me that after seeing some of the breast implants and the results....she would never have any breast implants.

  not sure if this has been done yet, and i know i'm a little late with it, but with the big news, the potential for new light coming soon, and the dropping increase in worldwide jw membership, what do you think is going to happen this year with the wts?

  My opinion for 2006 and the BIG NEWS....it probably won't affect most of the JW's thinking. Now, it might affect those that have lost members of their family due to not accepting blood.

  I think as the years pass people are getting tired of waiting for Armagedon. They are tired of hearing the same old articles over and over again. You'll have the faders and people leaving...like any other year!

  i never thought i would do one of those infamous goodbye i cant take this board anymore posts where the person shows up again a week later and looks like an idiot.

  when i had enough of this board and needed a little break i would just quietly leave for a few months and hopefully nobody noticed.

  that is not the case this time.
