Another "ghostly" experience last night!
by cindykp inok, if any of you have read the other thread about ghosts, you will remember that i dont care too much for them!
just a few minutes ago my daugter told me she had a weird one last night here in the house, where i have never had a problem.
she was in the bathroom brushing her teeth, and "one "of the holders on the counter that are all made of heavy glass, started shaking back and forth like crazy.

Hey all
You know usually I do try to think of some normal explanation for stuff like this. At first I just figured it was cause she was leaning against the counter. So I went in there and shook it with all my might, nothing budged. (there are no trains) If she had bumped it a little, yes I could see that happening. But she said she was no where near it. Who knows. Two of my kids swear they hear the back door open and close alot too. But when they go look, no one is there. I've only heard it one time. Cant mistake that sound, cause the door makes a loud squeaking noise when you open it. Who knows! If I could think of good reasoning for things like this, I would much rather believe that, than having ghosts in my house. That just doesnt sit to well with me.
And about the comment about my grandpa playing with the toothpaste, maybe he wanted to brush his teeth before the funeral!

Im not saying that is what happened. If you were here and saw my daughter shakin that thing back and forth when she showed me what happened, you would wonder yourself. It went on for about a good minute! That wouldnt happen if it were top heavy, it would have fell over!
Just my thought!

I see what you are saying, the toothpaste leans to one side, which it would make it tip to the left! So, you would thing if it were "disturbed" it would fall right away to the left, not keep going back and forth for such a long perior of time. And in the bottom of the cup, there is a bunch of whitening tubes and such that cant be seen in the pic.

I did, but on a flat countertop, with three pretty much equal weight, there is no way possible for one to to just move. Im not talking about a little wiggle here, I am saying it went back and forth like it had a mind of its own!!

The odds of getting that frequency just right again are small, but still possible. I bet that if she tried brushing her teeth at different frequencies she could get it to happen again.
Ok, think about this. If all the glass containers on the counter are pretty much equal in weight, why only one shake? And we did just re-inact the same thing and nothing moved.

How would shaking the toothpaste holder indicate the presence of your grandfather? Why not the carpet rolling up by itself or better yet, a cigarette smoking itself?
Ok, Carmel, I have not made any comments to you yet. You seem to alway's come and bash me in all my threads! So kiss my ass! I hope my grandpa comes and haunts you!

I have three on the counter, all about the same. She thought maybe it was because she was leaning against the counter. So when it stopped, she leaned up against it again, and brushed her teeth some more. It didnt move!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would only one shake like crazy, and not the rest? I have goose bumps! Here is a pic of what they look like. The one with the toothpaste was doing the dance. Ok, I may be stretching a bit, but does anyone believe that my grandpa, who just passed is making his presence known? If not, what is it then, cause if a train were going by, all three would have done the dance, not just one.
