  Yaweh is Hebrew

  rather than hijack another thread, i thought about this ..... when you live in ny and having a bethelite in your congregation is commonplace - bethel, the gb, cos, etc.

  don't have that same "mysticism" or "it factor" that they have in other parts of the country.

  i grew up with these people, knew many of them and guess what - they're just people!.

  Gotta go shift is OVER. Do one thing this weekend to make Jehovahs heart rejoice. That is the least we owe him for everything he has done for us. I am gonna try! Be back bright and early Monday morning.

  JW's and Divorce

  wow, seems like lots of jw's are getting divorced these days.

  since i left the jw's 51/2 years ago i know of at least 5 couples that attended the congregation that i went to, who are now divorced.

  is this getting more common where you are?
