by gumby inperhaps i'm wrong, but this is a possible explanation.i was always taught that a new system would soon replace the old one.
in this new system there would be no more war, everyone would eat from his own 'fig tree', they would build houses and love one another.. .
in every publication that depicted this new system.....it was a picture of a beautiful lush productive earth, people were carrying baskets of vegetables and fruit walking together being of different decent, the men were bulding houses with smiles on their faces, and the children were playing with the animals.

The other side of the argument is that he has his reasons for not stepping in and we just don't understand them yet. There's really no way to argue against that, since it presupposes there's information that's unavailable. Some people start with faith in god, and accept that he has his reasons. Others start with nothing and demand a reason to have faith. It's the latter group that can't accept a God concept based on his allowance of such things.
God allows suffering for a reason.The bible clearly tells us why. Has anyone ever shared that with you?

If "Jehovah of Armies" was the god Jesus wanted us to relate to it seems he would have used the name at least a few times in his preaching. But instead he spoke of a "loving father", no name
I must disagree. Jesus did use Gods name in may instances. It is recorded for us in the bible, you just have to really study it. One particular verse amoung many stands out in my mind. In John the 17 chapter Jesus prayed to his loving Father Jehovah and said, "I have mande you NAME known and will continue to make it known." What name was it that he made known? Psalms 83:18 reads So that people may know that you whos NAME is Jehovah you alone are the most high over all the earth

If you want to know what Hes thinking Just read His word. He actually wrote that for us! To get to know him and too draw close to Him. His word says at James 4:8 Draw close to God and He will DRAW CLOSE TO YOU.

Be assured that the bible says that Gods word will prove to be and that he is not a man who should tell lies. As a matter of fact He cannot lie. It will come and will not be late. We just need to hang in there and serve Him the BEST we can. OUR PERSONAL BEST thats what Jehovah wants. Constant effort and improvement. Heck he even says He will help us in our endeavor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

loving God by obeying his commandments as set forth through the bible. And yes through Hid organization. Same as in times past. Through God people isreal He gave instructions. Through a channel.
