  i was just wondering if anyone here votes in the elections?

  considering how badly that some of us did on that test, i wonder if anyone is even concerned with politics?

  i was wondering why the new world translation says corresponding ransom , where as others do not.

  anyone know where i can go and get a translation from greek to english.. d.

  Yes jgnat I do. That is the whole reason why we grow old get sick and die, sin. That is why in revelations after sin is done away with the Adamic sin , the result is, no more sickness, no more death.

  being a witness involves accepting what you might call a "pyramid of belief.

  " witness doctrines are based on their interpretation of the bible, which is in turn based on the belief that the bible represents the word of god, which is in turn based on the belief that there is a god that communicates with humans, which is in turn based on the belief that the universe was intentionally constructed by an intelligent being.

  the jw belief system is thus the very top block on the pyramid of beliefs.. witnesses are not in the habit of considering their beliefs in this way, so it can be eye-opening to take a look at what you honestly believe at each level of the pyramid.

  Little toe Deut. says that Jehovahs ACTIVITYis PERFECT. Would that not apply to His ACTIVITY when He created the first man and women? I think so!

  and then one day, on just a typical weekday, he meets a girl named christina, and she is so sweet and she gives him his faith again.

  Do I vote? NO! I cast my final vote when I became a disciple of Jesus. My vote is for him as King of Gods Government. The only true hope for mankind.
