Yes I found that really interesting too Kaylen! The girl went to a seminar about this gay guy who lives the mormon life. He does not have sex. He was endorsing the mormon religon as the truth. (I think they called it the truth). The girl got really upset. I think she was angry and frustrated wondering why people would want to put themselves through that agony...

I watched a really interesting documentary on Ex Mormons last night. These were mormons who were Gay or Lesbian or were related to Gay or Lesbian ex mormons and had been themselves.
The main subject was an Australian woman who had been raised a mormon for her teenage years. When she was 12 her mother married a newly converted mormon and they joined as well. The step father began sexually abusing the girl about a year after the marriage. At the age of 21 she told her mum what had happened and her mum would not believe her because the step father was a momon at the time and the 'bishop would have known' if it was the case.
This lady is a comedian in Australia and there was an Gay & Lesbian ex mormon conference being held in Utah. They invited her over as a speaker.
It was really interesting as it discussed what momonism is about. It showed her and her reactions to the mormon culture which is apparantely pretty saturated in Salt Lake City. It showed her recalling things she had long forgotten and her reactions. It covered how her family have shunned her. Her discovery of finding out that she had been disphellowshipped.
I found it really fascinating. Like seeing something similar to what I have felt and what I have read people here have gone through but from a different perspective.
It was on ABC around 9:30 and I think the name of it was 'My new religon' or something similar. Really fascinating viewing. I would love to see something like this made about JW's!

Can someone help me decide what to do?

last weekend my best friends husband told me that three years ago he caught (and spied on for about half an hour) my husband and my very best friend "getting hot and heavy" (his words) in our spa and that he watched them because "he found it hot".
the three of them decided that they would not tell me and kept it a secret for the last three years until he told me (because he was drunk at the time).

You poor thing. I understand completely why you would be so upset.
Devon is correct although this is history for them for you it is new and extremely upsetting.
I think you have every right to speak to your friend about this and see what she says. At the very least you deserve an apology from all 3 of them for doing that in the first place and secondly for covering it up.
Be strong - keep it together - talk to her. It will make you sick if you don't let it out.

Well here is my confession for the elders...
First of all I had a fabulous night in a sinful environment! First I went out to dinner with my gay friend and picked up a bottle of plonk each on the way. The guy at the liquor shop asked where I was going and when I told him said that he will go to when he finishes work... He asked would I dance with him if I saw him there... ha ha...
Got to dinner and finished off about 2/3rds of our bottle's each and we headed to the club and met a whole bunch of other friends...
Straight to the bar to have some shots. I asked for a Quick F*ck my standard shot but the barman (who was dressed in 80's tennis clothes complete with racquet) refused to serve me it. He insisted I try something new out. So I had a Blue Vespa which was delicious! My friends and I lined up a few of these during the course of the night. Then I had sminorff double blacks with a twist of lime to follow them. Sorry elders I really don't know how much I drank.
I then proceeded to go about talking to anyone who happened to be in my path including a Billy Idol lookalike. He was quite happy to talk with me, declared his love for me and asked me to be his dancer when he sang white wedding later on. Which I was more than happy to oblige him in. But I didn't end up doing.
I danced dirty style with some random guy. I had my photo taken to be put on their website. I then went home and stayed the night at my boyfriends.
Alls well that ends well!
