Anti Witnessing, do you do it?

today i was at a laundry mat and saw several jw mags and tracts.

i threw them all away in the trash can!.

i also tell everyone i have an opportunity about being in a cult, the jw's and have had many interesting conversations.

I do whenever I get an oppurtunity. I try not to cram it down people's throats though- I tell those who want to know or need to know.

Some Christians will warn others against involving themselves in tattooing or piercing because they perceive it as being sordid, using scripture such as Romans 12:17 to justify it,

“Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.”

However, it should be clear from the “double standards” in the Bible that God doesn’t believe that one should censor oneself because someone else has used a tool for evil. You can wield a sword in God’s army, or you can wield in as knight in Satan’s service — your final resting place is not determined by the sword, but by the army you choose to serve in. When Paul says in Philippians 4:8,

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

he isn’t saying to think of things that appear to be true, or appear to be honest, or appear to be just, pure, or lovely — he’s giving clear message in clear terms: be a good person and put Jesus above all else.

If you want to be a good person with tattoos, God will still love you. The Christian who tells you otherwise isn’t hearing the message for some reason and may need your help far more than you need theirs.

Go for it man- it's pretty liberating.

I spent about an hour in the chair today doing my neck, and I've got almost 90 hours worth of work all together.

REALLY Think about it before you post

there is a lot of threads going back and forth both ways, almost like a battle line has been drawn between believers and atheists.

however, let's just say for the sake of argument, that all religions including the witnesses, are wrong but the bible in itself is right.. everything that it has foretold is going to happen and just as god told noah, in 7 more days i am going to make it rain, but this time he now speaks to all of us and says in just 7 more days i will wipe the earth clean of all those who have or are revolting/disagree against me.. how would you react then?

how would you live your next 7 days?

CORRECTION: I'd go to the ocean and laugh at all the people trying to use nautical activities to save them. And I'd probably moon them too. Hey, the end is right around the corner, might as well have some fun.

I'd stay true to myself, and keep doing what I do.

I wouldn't start cramming for the test just because I saw it coming.

I'd go out with a bang. Do a lot of things I wouldn't do otherwise, and I'd take a lot of pictures.

I'd say goodbye to those who mean the most, and I'd party hardy.
