  I get ticked and usually keep my distance from those kind of people.

  If it's someone I know really well and I know they are just teasing then it's ok because I'll tease right back. But if it crosses the line, I don't like that.

  I'm cleaning out my closet!!!

  looking in my closet this morning, i saw all these clothes that i bought for the meetings .............. i would not be caught dead in now!!!!!!!.

  long frumpy skirts........blouses the my grandma would not wear........i really struggled, and even was more "hip" than most.........ugggggggg.

  EMBARASSING SECRET thoughts you have

  i think i might (if it is possible) be.......slightly...inclined toward foot fetishism....but only slightly.

  but, i find that i look at attractive feet and find them esthetically pleasing.

  and......slightly (only slightly) exciting.. i have no idea what this means.

  Do JWs Actually Have Less of a Divorce Rate Than Other Religions???

  i think so.

  very few couples got divorced, even after they were caught with another person.i know that most that got df'd for straying still didn't get divorced----they tried to work it out.

  I would guess that the amish have the lowest divorce rate. But then again, who wants to have a marriage like the amish?

  What was your most humiliating point of being a jw?

  mine was when my mom signed me up to sit at a table at our local university.

  we had to sit there and talk to students as they passed by our table.

  a few people came up to start a conversation and i didn't even know what they were talking about.

  One time my dad called me to come and eat. I was at a neighbor kids house and playing on the porch. I heard my dad and started to run down the porch steps. Her mom peeked out of the screen door and said wait a minute you're not going anywhere until you help pick up this mess. I was frantically trying to pick up the toys as fast as I could to get home before my dad got mad. Next thing you know, I felt someone grab my arm behind me and started hitting me with a belt. It was my dad. He hit me more than 20 times all the way home and across the street. Right out in broad day light. She only lived about 5 doors down on the other side of the street and we lived in the city. I was screaming bloody murder and no one said a word. My friend was not allowed to play with me after that happened because they didn't want "my kind" hanging out with there daughter that they spoiled rotten.

  i have been carrying my secret for 12 long years.. i told my wife long ago that i was once a witness.

  i told her how i was exiled from the congragation 12 years ago after a bout of domestic violence between me and my unbelieving father.
