  Have you changed your mind about ABORTION?

  i'm not after a discussion on the rights or wrongs on abortion, what i'm asking is whether or not your views have evolved over time.. perhaps leaving the watchtower was enough to allow your true feelings on abortion to find expression.

  maybe abortion is one of those subjects where you still find yourself in agreement with your old jw self.

  did becoming a mother change your perspective in any way or solidify your views?.

  IF, I were to officially vote on a ballot, I would probably go "pro choice." That should cover the very difficult choices one has to make, ie, rape, threat to life of the mother, etc.

  I never really answered the posed question. Years ago, as an active JW, I would probably just gone with the flow, NO on abortion, whatsoever. Now, it is a choice.

  Life is so precious and a miracle!

  For me and mine, I'm a pro lifer. For others, it's their choice. It's none of my business. They have to carry the burden one way or the other.

  i have a scan of page 3 and page 23. don't know how to post them, however.

  page 3 is an introduction to the new format.

  study articles will be shorter, giving the audience more time to comment and more time to look up cited scriptures.

  after reading some of todays posts, incuding the one started by reneeisorym( http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/144783/1.ashx), i can't help but fee so sad for all of you who have been hurt by the wts and their stupid policies.

  for the life of me, i can't understand how any parent can do this to their child, no matter how old the child is.

  as far as i'm concerned, it's child abandonment and child abuse.

  I'm placing a Climax book with my new therapist

  yep, oompa started today with a new therapist who of course wanted to know if i had anything in particular that was the cause of me seeking his service.

  so i kinda gave him a jwcult for dummy therapists cliffnotes version, and he seemed like he just couldn't believe some of it.

  he understands my awakening has been difficult for me and the stress it has put on my wife and marriage/family.
