by ironsnake656 inwhen you were an active member in the jwland, did you expect to receive any kind of help from a brother/sister, but they did not help you?
when i was in the jwland, i expected and was my belief that any brother/sister will help you in time of need, distress or trouble, because we were part of a "lovely organization".
but countless of times when i needed and asked for help, nobody from the org helped me.

i went out of my way to help others (and employed them to no personal benefit), young, old, co, or eccentric...i loved to help....one time i got back from holiday to usa from scotland and a worldly relative of older couple in cong had been rushed into hospital...so straight off to hospital i went, atho i was literally falling asleep standing up lol..i expected nothing in return, mainly because i was lucky enough that i never needed it....
until i did....
and what did i get....fuck all that's what !!

Last nights CLAM meeting

so we learned that gog of magog is not satan as previously believed.
they used a few scriptures that made it clear that it couldn't be satan and that it would be a coalition of nations.

i knew a missionary that was ultimately assigned to the branch in a central american country...and became '2nd in command' there....but the actual branch overseer was jealous and deliberately did things to make him look incompetent - like not passing on correspondence from hq etc....did you come across such jealousy - were you a victim - were you a perpetrator ?
