April KM - Handbill Distribution

we are to be given 50 handbills each and start a distribution for 3 weeks before the district convention.
we are supposed to cover our entire territory.

that article is NOT the one they are referring too. The '92 article "let the genie out of the bottle", since it was interpreted as "college is now okay". Bent quite a few noses. They've been trying to take it back ever sense. In the past year, they effectively have recanted those articles.

actually, greatest impact goes to whoever started H20 and the creator of this board, Simon. Those boards have served as high profile "mediums" for all the others you have listed (randy, kent, farkel, alanf, etc).
H20 used to be the "it" place in the "early" days. How many H20 regulars are here? Then, it went to hell, and Simon's board stepped in and admirably filled the gap. Before that, the only apostates I'd ever heard of where the protesters with the signs at the convention (one gave me a track once), and some people on the Donahue show.

either that, or he's itching to become an elder himself, and thus has an ax to grind. MS to Elder is a big promotion, and the elders exclusively control who gets recommended to the CO for appointment. But, the CO has to okay the recommendation. Sounds like your MS friend is trying to go over the Elder's heads, and get the CO to make a recommendation to the Elders to recommend him.
ugh. fading is so much better if you can get away with it. I should know :-)
