The only reason I dont shout my true feelings from the rooftop is my family. I love them all very much and cant put them through the pain of dealing with what they would view as a complete betrayal. I hope someday I can wake them up and I will be able to be just me all the time

i gave up bout a year ago but still have one occasionally i dont even know if i enjoy it all that much but i still do it.
ive seen three of my family members die as a result of smoking and yet i light another one up!
I started smoking when I was 15 because I was a waitress and only the smokers ever got a break. I gave it up a few times while I was a teenager ended up gettin dfed for it in the long run. I think when I truley became addicted was while I was married the first time. Whenever I had panic attacks smoking was the only thing that would calm me down so it became my stress reliever.Ive tryed to quit a couple of time since then it just hasnt worked out yet.
according to yahoo news, if you drink a cup of urine a day, you can get rid of dandruff, graying hair can turn black, sinus trouble can vanish and even cancer can be cured!
in thailand, buddhist monks do this regularly and swear by it!.....what do you think?

Oh and my hubby says in survival school in the AF they teach them that if there is no other source of water to drink their pee but only like twice I think cause after that it becomes toxic.eeeeeewwwww.

it was only a few days ago when driving through a small town in the uk i noted a kh.
nothing unusual except that one side wall was totally devoid of anything.
the other side of the building revealed three very small windows, and i mean small.
I remember asking my dad about that as a kids he told me it was because when armageddon started we would probably all go to the KH for shelter and it was so we would be safe and not have to see what was going on outside. Anyone else ever get told anything like that?
