I received an e-mail from a witness friend of mine the other day, and it was from someone who wrote all the things they'd miss about not having a bookstudy in private homes anymore...it was about the babies crying, the kids falling from chairs, the "smells" wafting about, certain ones who rarely showed anyways....stuff like that....I was a bit surprised at it, because these are supposed toenjoy the fine provisions set forth from the FDSC.. They seemed happy about it....

Last bookstudy group this week I think there will be great sadness in the

i know the group that my wife attends will be having a bit of a party afterwards.
even my son ,who is 17 and has not attended the meetings for the past 6 months, says he wants to go on tuesday.

Wrapping presents.

I do too, Loubelle...as I wrap each gift, I imagine the looks on the faces of the reipients...the smiles, the "WOO-HOO's"....and it makes me smile..wrapping is definitely part of the spirit of giving....

My dream has always been to travel Europe. As a teen, I wanted to backpack all over Europe...stay in little towns, see the big cities..get a job in various places so I could stay longer...but, my parents wouldn't allow it. Before I die, I want to see everything I can in Europe. I also want to own a bistro, a hustling, bustling neighbourhood joint, where all my friends and neighbours love to hang...with great food, delicate pastries, fine wines, and heavenly spirits to relax the mind, heart and soul..and encourage laughter and friendships.
I wanted to become an architect, but that didn't happen either...so now, I enjoy drawing up the floorplans for my own home, that I will someday build. I want to see my children successful in whatever it is they want to do, and watch my grandson ( and future grandchildren) grow up strong and happy.
That's all I want.....

i need to let you know that dad passed away this morning at 8am.
he fought so hard but in the end they could not get his blood pressure to rise and he died of heart failure.

by faundy injust to let everyone on here who knows my dad, that he is seriously ill, and unfortunately on life support.
he has renal and respiratory failure as a result of the quickest onset of pneumonia i have ever seen... it came on in the early hours of this morning.
he is waiting for an intensive care bed but the nearest one is 200 miles away.

Blood Issue took my mom last night
by rwagoner inafter years of fighting a physical disability that ended in kidney failure and several bouts of respiratory/cardiac arrestmy mom landed in the hospital last week.
the doc's said she needed heart surgery and kidney transplants but before they could operate they need to get her blood count back up.
it had fallen well below what her body could naturally restore on its own she she needed transfusions.
