  I am scared of my future marriage

  i am watching oprah (right now actually) and the topic hits close to home.

  good timing actually, because yesterday i was thinking of talking with my fiance, mike about this very thing.

  you see, mike really loves kids, and we plan to have them eventually, its a very important part in our relationship (to him, mostly).

  This is a rather "female" worry. Not that it isn't founded, but your straight hubby may not quite "get it". I generally tell my women friends, "If it was on Oprah, your hubby probably isn't interested."

  I think your fear is not unfounded but maybe overwrought. I think if you keep the focus of your family as the relationship between you and hubby everything will be fine. I have found that people use their kids as crutches for unhappy relationships. Or that the husband / wife relationship grows apart and they only have their kids "in common" anymore. So I think it's a valid point your raise, and if you make sure you and your spouse do not drift, and keep the relationship as being the focal point, everything will be fine.

  You pulled the same move I did...move away to get away from the controling religion. Except my family then moved to my new city 5 1/2 months after I left. So I had to move AGAIN to finish my schooling. It's like the mafia, they keep sucking you back in. It also added another 3 years of meeting attendence and skillfully dodging everyone.

  YESTERDAY'S "SPECIAL TALK"

  well i couldn't bring myself to go to the "special talk" that was being held at copps colesium yesterday, as i was busy plucking my eyebrows and watching the grass grow

  anyhoo, you know what this "special talk" consisted of?

  experiences from brothers in foreign lands.

  As I've many times mentioned before, I have undergone such a series of changing emotions since I left the WTS 5 1/2 years ago. For some reason, I (all of us?) came away from assemblies, Special talks, etc, always nodding and smiling to others and everyone exclaiming WHAT a good talk(s) it was and so forth. It was practically programmed in as we talked about it on the ride home.
  
  I think it's defensive mechanism. I mean..you spend all that time, all that energy, drive a long way, spend money on hotels and what not....you want to feel like it was worth it. Because otherwise...you'd say to yourself ...
  "WTF am I thinking, taking time off work and spending money on this crap". This thought process would lead you down a path your mind wasn't ready for yet. So you "convince" yourself it was a worthy endeavour.

  CANADA LEGALIZES MARIJUANA AS PRESCRIPTION DRUG

  april 19, 2005: canada is the first country in the world to license a plant-based cannabinoid pharmaceutical medicine, sativex, created by gw pharmaceuticals and marketed in conjunction with bayer.

  it's to relieve nerve pain for those especially with ms. sativex is a combination of plant-derived delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (thc) and cannabidiol (cbd).

  the ratio of thc to cbd in sativex is 2.7 mg to 2.5 mg per spray, which ensures a standardized dose is delivered each time it is used.
