  Judge Rutherford's son & lineage???

  so i have been doing a little light reading regarding the whack job rutherford and find out he had a son.

  does anyone know if he had grandchildren etc?

  Why do you come here?

  i come here to learn, but i also come here because it feels like a private club and i'm privy to be a member of the "in" crowd.

  it's a great place to socialize.

  does anyone else feel that they are a member of a special "club" when they come here, that only some people in this world will understand the jw world?.

  i was "in" 1975-1983 as a young person.

  Saw Paul McCartney at Candlestick in San Fran

  saw the paul mccartney concert last week and it was amazing.

  almost 3 hours of non stop music, a mixture of beatles, wings & newer music.

  i was smart & planned ahead-- drove to san francisco in the morning to mess around the city & checked into a hotel 6 miles away, got to the concert over 2 hours early.. anyone else attend?.

  i had a flash back yesterday.

  my non jw husband and i went to disneyland and bought my young daughter a set of 7 dwarf toys.

  after a few months i felt guilty and threw them away, thinking they were demonized.

  anyone been reinstated before they faded?

  ive been thinking lately about how i was treated by old friends after i was reinstated.

  it's like i had a contagious disease and people steered clear of me or acted differently like they were being very judgemental toward me even though i was reinstated and no longer disfellowshipped.. anyone else get treated like that?.

  Anyone every been cut out of family pictures?

  i've been thinking about something lately that bothers me.

  i mean it happened years ago, but it just seems really sick.

  when i was disfellowshipped, my sister took all of her pictures that had me in it, cut me out and saved the rest of the pictures.

  did anyone else get a huge all caps urgent message showing at the top of your screen where sometimes ads are?

  the words were so big, it jumped out at me and it was weird.

  i did not click on it, and hope it's not a virus or something..

  anyone read the "fat girl's guide to life"?

  i am reading it right now and finding it pretty interesting.

  it makes me think outside the box a little bit about how much money is spent on products for people to lose weight, and how much money saturates the market and influences so much of the media.. the author's attitude is one i try to have-- exercise, be balanced in eating habits, drink water, take nutrition supplements, and don't obsess over dieting & what the scale says or about other people's judgements toward my weight.. right now, i already know why i am overweight-- i am eating to deal with my bipolar issues.
