My daughter has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome/ fibromyalgia. Several questions: are they one in the same, are there any good web sites to look over? Also, when she was young she was abused/molested over a several year period. She has had a hysterectomy as well. Is there a connection with this condition? We can’t get a straight answer from the doctors, except, that is her condition…determined after MS was ruled out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

THE ANOINTED: Qualified? to be Judges?
by Terry inthe cream of the anointed crop, as it were, is the faithful and discreet slave.
they direct the others.
but, all will serve a "greater" purpose as kings and judges in the government designed by jehovah.

There have always been and will always be those who judge and rule over others. No matter their life experience, no matter their qualification. There have always been and will always be those who allow themselves to be judged and ruled over. Humanity is weak and easily lead about on a leash like a trained monkey.
When we break free most of us do nothing except trade one master for another. Who’s your master today?

Tracing family history is interesting and fun as well. Over the last four or five years Kathy and I have done quit a bit of internet research. We have several family lines traced back to the seveteen hundreds. The fun thing has been meeting other "cousins" along the way. No one famous to speak of. Did find out I had a distant connection to Mattie Blaylock Wyatt Earps first wife. I would recomend it to anyone. Good therapy and you never know who you may find.

~How did/do you personally feel about the headship arrangement?~
by FlyingHighNow ini feel that headship is one of the most damaging doctrines taught in the wtbts as well as other fundy religions.
it is promoted as a way to have happier, healthier marriages and families.
in theory, maybe so.

Sadly the headship issue is not confined to the WTBS. It's alive and well all around us. When I was young my whole being was consumed with: Why isn't dinner on the table, why aren't the clothes washed, why isn't the house cleaned, can't you put her to bed I worked all day and I'm tired, get me a glass of tea, I make the money around her and any money you make is mine as well since I work fulltime, we'll do it my way....yadda, yadda, yadda...I was a buffoon and being a JW didn't make one bit of difference all it did was re-enforce my convuluted view of life.

Does the sadness ever leave?
by pc inhi everyone, haven't posted for awhile.. i am probably just rambling tonight( a few glasses of great red wine) so pardon me.
every once and awhile i just have such great sadness that begins to permiate my thoughts.not just for me but for everyone who has walked this path.
i happen to have a pretty great life, but sometimes this deep sadness rises up in me for all the things that might have been.
