  yep....'tis true....she's more entertaining, better looking, and apparently provides hours of ''fun activities''.

  sometimes they get together with her one of her friends and play well into the night.... her name?.

  .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. xbox 360 and her friend gears of war.. lol...he got the gow game yesterday and stayed up till past midnight playing.

  in the u.s. we had a voting day yesterday that decided more than just any one candidate for any one position, but which ideology (democratic or republican) would hold sway over the government.

  if ever there was a time to weigh in, you'd think this woulda been it.. but i didn't.. of course i'm lazy.

  of course i'm distracted, and busy, and unsure of where to vote.

  lol...he got the GoW game yesterday and stayed up till past midnight playing. I really don't mind all that much. I think it's cute the way he gets so excited when he plays a new game. I thought he was going to squeal like a little girl when he got his 360 last week.

  He'll come around in a few weeks.............I hope.........

  i found this picture of otzi the iceman , whose mummy was found in the alps in 1991. he died about 5300 years ago.

  that would make him a close contemporary of noah.

  using only flint and copper tools , do you think this ancient man and his family could have built the biblical ark?

  The stupid thing is that you know that at the next ASSembly or whatever, they're going to hype all this crap up.

  ''Congregation XYZ placed ALLLL of their tracts within a weeks time! Pioneer Ohsomighty placed all 50 tracts plus 50 more within 3 days!!!! Jehoover MUST be blessing our efforts. Now we sit back and wait for the world to begin persecuting us.''

  Yeah...and what they don't tell you is that the tracts were placed by leaving 20 at at time in random public bathrooms and laundromats, and by doing ''hit and run'' field service. yay jehovah!

  I meant to post this earlier but I forgot all about it.

  I was at my boyfriend's house weekend before last. So we're headed out the door to go get breakfast Saturday, and Matt's like, ''What the hell?'' One of the false religion tracts was stuck in our door! I told him what it was and he was all upset b/c he's been waiting for them to come to his door for almost 2 years now to give them an earfull. The thing that tripped me out was that they didn't even knock! Yes, we were probably asleep when they came by, but anytime someone knocks on the door, the dogs go nuts and start barking and raising hell. And the dogs were sleeping just as hard as we were.

  Matt's just been using it as a coaster. heehee

  So are they just going to neighborhoods and jamming them in doors and running off? A sort of hit and run ministry?

  I saw it this past Saturday. I laughed so hard, that I literally felt HIGH when I walked out! The entire audience erupted at the part where he finds out about his wife...and he's all like ''High five!'' to the hotel manager!!!! Oh god! And the rodeo...I thought they were gonna shoot him!!!

  most threads on jwd have little to do with the jw's, and more often than not, the most popular ones are political and philisophical diatribes, full of back-and-forth rhetoric that rarely comes to any meaningful and productive outcome.

  most of the issues are repeats, the same arguments over and over, often with the same exact participants.

  so how does it affect you?

  The arguments here are pretty civil compared to what I've seen on some other sites.

  Amen to that! I used to be a regular member of another board not too long ago. It was great when it started, but it soon became a poop slinging, name calling, trolling free for all. It was insanity. Every thread I would start that wasn't debasing or insulting to another member, just got lost in the crap. I finally left and came back here. I've probably started less than 3 argumentative threads. I personally don't like it, and I don't have the time or energy to keep up with an argument online. If I do say something, it has to be an issue I'm passionate about, and I don't pursue the matter for 3 or 4 pages. I just voice my opinion and leave. I have more pressing matters to attend to personally....like not getting fired from my job. Some people are just born to debate, and they love a good ol' fashioned argument. Not me...I like to keep the peace. ~luv, jojo
