Whats the worst dish you ever served???

i am a reasonable cook when i can be bothered (as paulj will hopefully confirm) but often resort to quick and easy methods, packet mixes, tins etc.. whereas my parner is a brilliant cook!!

leave him in the kitchen for a little while and he produces something from scratch that is delicious.

so today i decided to extend my culinary skills!

is it just me or are more people using the word "absolutely" far more than needed?.

the other day i was at a store and the guy said "absolutely" several times in his pitch.

i've heard people use the word several times in recent television shows and this morning on the news i heard it three more times.. .

Do the Witnesses Still Go Door to Door?

i have lived at my current address for approximately five years and i have not had any visits from the witnesses.

i don't really want any but here's the deal: i left "the truth" about fifteen years ago.

i wasn't disfellowshipped or anything and (since i moved to another state) it was a relatively clean break.

do you have sorta weird habits in your day to day life?.

example: here at work, i will only use one stall in the bathroom.

i always drink more water than i probably need. it's my mom's fault really. she always told me growing up that if i didn't drink enough water everyday, i might drop dead.

i'm sure she was trying to install healthy habits...but it kinda backfired. everytime i feel thirsty now, i start freaking out and chugging water...

only beer calms me frazzled nerves.
