  I don't know if this is the right place for but please someone help me out.

  first and foremost let me describe my situation.

  i am a senior in high school.

  i've had a very rough past and alot of people have wronged me in many ways.

  The bible is harmonious. From beginning to the end it is threaded together. The bible may contain 66 little books, However them combined make ONE book. What you accuse us of doing could be said about Jesus as well. He used scriptures to make application. As a matter of fact so did paul. Daniel is a good example of using scriptures to determine when the exile would be over. There are many many examples of faithful ones USING the scriptures to ascertain Correct understanding of Prophecy.

  I'm not directing this at the jw's in particular, but anyone can go and twist scriptures and put their own text and opinion to them... if you want a good example of this then go to www.landoverbaptist.com It depends if one takes scripture out of context and twists it their way, or if they keep it in context like Jesus and Paul.

  No there 73 books in the bible and the books ain't small, the pages are just skinny and the writing is small Evanescence

  defd/derrick is a current-jw posting on this board.

  he's been on for quite some time now, maybe not a year, but awhile.

  many have tried to show him the many ways the watchtower doesn't live up to its claim of being god's organization, but he seems unflappable.. so where do you stand on him now?

  I agree but............................................Those individuals who have that close intimate relationship and who serve God, my ? would be, What God do they serve?

  What? is there more than one God?

  Christians serve the one and only God, our Father the God from the bible God is good

  I wonder what the mods would think of this

  Defd, try contemplative prayer, what you do is sit there and meditate and focus on God's presence. Surrender to him all your sadness and worry... spend up to an hour doing this... hey its not impossible I do it It takes up a good hour, and your not wasting time, your giving this hour to God...

  I would of suggested Rosary beads to occupy your boredom but you know...

  How bout singing? or Drawing... or study something of interest

  I will never stop serving Jehovah as I was taught through his Org.

  Don't forget, that if you leave the jw's your not necessarily leaving God.

  Defd, I know many christians who serve God and have a close intimate relationship with him who are not jw's...

  To the others, I'd be careful about trying to "figure" people out, saying this person made this amount of posts and posts here, so clearly this person must be an ex-jw or a troll etc.

  A human being is not a simple math sum, 1 + 1= 2
