  Thought it was about time I spill my guts...

  i have already posted bits and bobs about my "story"... i like the companionship i have found here and i feel it about time i get this off my chest, so here it goes.

  i am a 20 year old montrealer (it is me above!

  how can you stay?

  speaking as someone who believed it all right up until about a year after i was df'd i just cannot understand the reasoning of people who don't go out on field service, don't go to meetings, don't participate or believe and still stay in the organisation.. i know that it is hard to leave, it's made to be hard, but some of the postings on this site make me think that it must be harder still living a lie and keeping up the pretense.. if you don't believe, why would you want to conform to all the petty rules and subject yourself to men that you don't believe have any authority.. i really do hope that as soon as possible you can all take a deep breath and finally be true to yourself.. zaphod

  you are talking to youre dub mate and you start telling them a story that you heard on the forum and they ask where you heard the story from.

  of course the forum pops in your head and you have to think real quick of another source.

  As JWs, ever met any annointed ?

  in your time as jws did you ever meet any of the annointed?

  did they have good christian personalities and what did they think of the wts and its governing body ?

  i met one and he was very unhappy with the way the gb treated him and generally the way they run this society, he told me he wrote them two letters containing a long list of complaints with full scriptural support but he was ignored, first letter got a reply amounting to "no need to write to us" the second one no reply at all.

  yes i used to go one a bible study with one.....she taught me a very important lesson...

  we went to a hispainc family house...they were so poor that the house had a dirt floor...and i did not want to go there....she said ok but she would not take me there or anywhere else as long as i had a self rightoues attitude.....( i was preety uppity about it.....) after a few weeks of not going anywhere with her i relented and learend...that im not any better than anyone else....donald

  i mean (assuming dds as "christianity" teaches) what is his typical day like... what does an eons old entity with almost "almighty god" like intellect, and lots of power, legions of deemunz and do all day (of course i'm assuming his day never ends as he can fly about the earth and keep up with daylight)?.

  where is his "rebutal" to all the one sided info we get in da bible... certainly he has a beef and a right to talk openly about it (like us).. please don't say he's out to get all the dubs (oops i meant the 144k).

  he's already got them in his back pocket.. i really would like to know... .

  back when i was in high school i was in deca...i won national trophies for public speaking.......upon gradrution...i was offerd a scolarship to a major college....for public speaking.....but the elders conveinced me to go into the pioneer service...i did a dead end job to cover expenses...and it became my permant job when i got married a copule of years later.....with no college...and almost no help to find another job...to rake care of my wife and three kids...i feel i might have thrown my life away....well onr good thing about being on dialsys is ill get an education.donald

  thanks guys and gals....im going back to college soon ....but what to become......i had 30 years at one job.....now that i can go back full time....what do i become...ill take any suggestions...donald
