  No because it is a volunteer organization if you don't like the rules you get out. This is how the legal teem wins almost all the suits against them. They say they havn't made the followers do anything since everyone has the free will to leave.

  Beardless myself but like the fact I can grow one if I please. Here locally I know about 2/3 of the brothers that have quit have beards and I give them two thimbs up

  Why do active witnesses frequent the site?

  i'm somewhat currious why active witnesses appear to frequent the site, and if the information on this site causes any to "fade away" or "dis-associate"?.

  personally if i have known 18 years ago what i know now i would have been a lot more active in trying to convince all i cared about to leave, instead of fading away [gone with a bang so to speak].

  it's funny how when you are in it you can't see it for what it is.

  I would of never came here before I quit. Why? because I am loyal and to talk to you apostates would of been something I could of allowed myself to do. Even after I quit I would not post but I read the post for years. I think any JW still active that reads the post here has already made their minds up about the Borg. Some have admit it to themselves and some pretend that they are trying to help us poor apostates.

  One Elder after I was out of school had it out for me and made my life a living Hell. The others Elder at the time were hand picked by him these men had no hairy balls but slick one if they had any at all. It was not untill the CO made him appoint me and couple other brothers before he lost his power now that I have have been deleated and the others Elders deleated that he has regained his power and congregation trembles at his feet.

  Here is how it is in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Brothers no breads in almost all congregation some yes but most no, On the stage at the conventions, No western suits, No corduroy Suits, No cowboy dress shoes, No long hair for men that is longer than the collar, No piercing visible, No visible tattoos. No breads. No beards in most congregations, Sisters must have on a dress for stage or service even in the coldest of weather, Must wear nylons, NO corduroy dresses, But 1/4 inch long hair is OK for the sisters. If a brother in good standing is at the meeting the sister can’t do anything other than comment.

  Now for what is different here. There is a hot spring that is a nudist hot spring. Lots of brother and sister come from all over to go to this therapeutic hot springs. No one seem to care that sisters and brothers are nude here. But I promise you this if they went to the beach and went nude the Elders would hang them high and let them swing. Go figure if you pretend it for your health it is OK but for recreation your nailed.

  i was thinking about the society being involved in the un, and then thought that they preached that the un was going to destroy all religion [nondubber] soon.

  so when they got involved in the un do you think it was because they know that they are full of shit?

  I feel they really know that they are not GODS channel that is the only reasoning I can come up with. Nothing else makes sense to me. If they made a mistake they would of told the truth that they made a mistake not make a lie up that they need to join inorder to have access to the UN library. That a plane outright lie. At that time the library was open to anyone. The Society lied just like the devil does when it benefits him. So I believe the Governing Body know that they are not God channel.
