Ever Hear of the Kolbrin Bible?
by skyman innever heard of it until today.
this is very interesting in its pages to talks about the great flood in which many people survived.
also talks about how the great plagues of egypt were caused not by god but was caused by a comet or heavenly body called the destroyer that is seen from earth as a red heavenly body.

history says it happen one way, the truth is different i personally knew individual indians in my life time that lived that long ago, they say history got it all wrong some have even written books with this alternative history.
these indians lived through the horrible march to canada.

Women be silent!!
by skyman ini have been looking into the research art d. ehrman from the department of religious studies from the university of north carolina.
he makes a very convincing argument that to me proves the bible verses that make women less human was not in the originals.. paul called women by name some of the women were taking the lead at romans 16: 3-16 in verse 3 say fellow worker prisca (woman).
then verse 7 junias (woman) this is interesting some bibles including the new world translation then says who are men or kinsmen this is not found at all in the older manuscripts so the new world translation and any other translation is in error.

To our Mason experts?
by skyman ini can see the similarities between the masons and the jw's but i think the similarities are benign.. .
russel was a mason that i have know doubt about.
he brought some of his old thinking into the new religion and used some of the symbolism to give credence to the new religion so other people that where masons at that time might take a peek at what his new religion was about.

skepticism/ignorance are you one
by skyman inthe thread about the matorian fragment has reminded me that i need to study with an open mind and not post on a thread with a concussion already established i got lucky today because i almost did just that on the thread matorian fragment.
we need to be opened minded, remember skepticism is a mask for the ignorant, we need to be skeptical which means to know topic we are skeptical about, we need to study with an open mind always and be willing to be wrong.
i see so many here on this board that hide behind skepticism without knowledge and that is true ignorance.

the camera if i remember right is 75 miles away makings some of these things enormously huge.

by skyman inon the radio today in the north west they are talking about a new poll taken after the supper bowl game, this poll was taken in every state and the conclusion of the poll was that 96% of the people in the us thought the officials determined the outcome game by bad officiating that went against the seahawks favoring the stealers.
