Worst Kingdom Melody lyrics- your votes?
by JimmyPage inmy votes for worst kingdom melody lyrics: song 125- "jehovah is on my side" (try singing these lyrics without laughing like beavis and butthead): "i know that in this crucial hour my faith will yet be tested/ around me swarms the devil's crowd like bees that were molested/ but i can ever beat them off beneath divine protection/ on those who love to bear his name god sets his deep affection.
" or how about song 201- "rejoicing with god's nation" (grab your thesaurus for this one): "in a land so good and spacious/ free from strife and things vexatious/ look!
a happy crowd vivacious/ in god's service that is efficacious.

Great, now I'm gonna have those songs stuck in my head. It doesnt matter how long you've been away. A few lyrics from a Kingdom Melody brings it all back.
The God of true propheceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee still hurts my ears to this day.
Well, the WT god is surely not a God of true prophecy...as a simple look at their track record reveals.

JWs like to ask the question:
"Do you honestly think that when Jesus addressed or spoke of his father he used titles, such as Lord or God?" My response is yes! One of the scenarios where the NWT inserts the name Jehovah in place of Lord is Matt 22:
34 After the Pharisees heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they came together in one group. 35 And one of them, versed in the Law, asked, testing him: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 The second, like it, is this, ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets.”
The religious leaders were very aggressivley trying to nail Jesus on something, anything. Since the uttering of the Divine name was considered blasphemy...had Jesus done so you can be sure they would have jumped on him for this. He silenced them instead. Obviously he did not address the father as Jehovah.

Repudiate "Valueless Things" 4/15/08 WT
by bud2114 inhot off the presses - just some of the latest garbage coming out of brooklyn as found in the 1st study article - repudiate "valueless things" (4/15/08 koolaid edition wt): .
par 17: another example of valueless words is found among the religious leaders of christendom.
these claim to speak in god's name, but most of their utterances are not based on the scriptures, and what they have to say is basically worthless.

Par 17: Another example of valueless words is found among the religious leaders of Christendom. These claim to speak in God's name, but most of their utterances are not based on the Scriptures, and what they have to say is basically worthless. Apostates too speak valueless words, claiming to have greater wisdom than the appointed "faithful and discreet slave." (Matt 25:45-47) However, apostates speak their own wisdom, and their words are valueless, a stumbling block to any who might listen. (Luke 17:1,2) How can we avoid being misled by them?
Hmm, intersting that the WT would print this....when they themselves are the ones who had spoken many unfulfilled end time predictions, doctrine that proved unscriptural and downright ridiculous...showing they themselves are the ones who speak valueless things.

these notes are exactly the same as i posted a few weeks ago- word for word...puntucation mark for punctuation mark. Notice the last sentence about the attendence begins with a parenthesis but does not end with one...exactly as i posted.

Assembly Days Ahead
by WTWizard innow that we are past the reject jesus party, many of us have those big boasting sessions (the one-day) and great boasting sessions (the two day) ahead.
these are a bigger waste of time, since they take the whole day (or two days) instead of just the evening.. then, there is the grand boasting session (three days) during summer.
some will be starting in late may, when children are still in school.

why do they not want the vending machines to be used?
