Father Elders going mad !
by koolaid-man inthe stress on jehovah's witness elders raising their children in "the truth" is causing many to literally go mad.. keeping their children in " the spiritual ark" is becoming more and more difficult.. many elders are snapping under the pressure.. one of our guests on the six screens conference call told of her elder father ( who everyone at the kingdom hall thought was an angel) came home from the meeting and killed the family dog in the kitchen with his bookbag as the family looked on....... join us tonight oct. 22, 2011 at 7 pm edt.

I remember the one time I called into his 'show'- if you even want to call it that. He was ranting how he got tipped off there would be active JWs listening in (none of whom spoke when Rick asked if there were any on the call), he mentioned how it was going to be a record number of callers. Every several minute he paused the speaker to do station identification. Then he would do a witness call- asking first if there were any members of the GB on the call to please speak up, then Bethelites, then Pioneers, then elders, then miniservants...then witnesses. It was the most ridiculous charade I have ever seen. Jerry Springer is a better option.

LOL I have been unfreinded by a few as well. I had posted on my wall on May 21st something about me being left behind while the rest of the world was raptured (in relation to Harold Camping)...and a JW friend decided to write on my wall that 'everyone will have their day of reckoning before Jehovah'...I didn't want the people I went to school who don't know my past to wonder about me, so I deleted his comment. he must have gotten insulted and defriended me. haha

I have not been on here in awhile, but not a whole lot has changed. Rick, to call you an idiot would be offensive to all the idiots out there. You are mentally ill and need help. You actually Rick would make a good JW...so my suggestion to you is to go back to the organization and get reinstated...you wife can accompany you to give you your needed support.
Oh, and if one of my family members began to question the organization you would be THE LAST person I would put them in contact with because you would scare them right back into the organization.

my double life started in third grade...how about you?
by oompa inall i discovered back then was i did not feeling like a freak!....i really started liking girls then, so found a way to make valentines and love notes like everyone else even though my parents were very clear to teacher i was to be sitting in the flukkin library for every holiday, birthday, you name it!!!
i wanted cupcakes dammit!!!

I remember in 5th grade when we all were assigned jobs for the week. I was assinged one week to lead the flag salute. We had a very patriotic teacher and I was afraid to tell her I couldn't do it, and also embarrassed. So I stood at the flag and led the salute, mouthing the salute and saying it as low as I possibly could...feeling very, very guilty. Damn, this sucks even reminiscing on this.

by StandFirm inthis seems to be a favorite topic to bring up to any witnesses who post on any website where there are any opposers, either here or topix or anywhere.. so, here is the one and only place i will be discussing it.
who can prove that witnesses are specifically told not to post on websites about them?.
