Thank you to all those who emailed me about my upcoming interview by Richard Rawe on his "DIALOGUE" talk show.

Quite a while ago I agreed to let Rawe interview me. As best as the circumstances allow me I try to keep my word, and this I will do with regards the interview. My agreement and arrangement was with Rawe, a man whom I admire and deeply respect. My agreement and arrangement is not with any third party. Rawe is free to use any means available to himself to broadcast his own show. If I was to try to control Rawe then the very thing that I believe in - free will and free choice by being a free moral agent - would become meaningless.

Richard Rawe's personal choice as to which carrier he uses to broadcast his show is just that, his personal choice. While the arrangement that Rawe has put in place may not agree with everyone - and I assure you that I am aware that it has not - it is what is available. We work with what we have and we make the most of what is offered to us. This is what I am doing.

I have freely chosen a dangerous path to travel albeit on my own. This is my "walk of life". It has not been necessary for me to publish anything to anyone about what I am doing. But I have. Who benefits from this? Me or you? I like to think that, in the long run, the children will benefit, and then their children, and so on. Already the religion of Jehovah's Witnesses has agreed to comply with the child protection laws in the State of Victoria, Australia. And, when countries around the world adopt similar laws as the years go by, the religion of Jehovah's Witnesses will comply with these also. I like to believe the children are already benefiting.

History has shown that it is not every day that the entire worldwide religious hierarchy of a church is criminally charged and summoned before the courts for an accounting. If I am successful we all share the success. If I fail, then it is only I that failed. That is the weight that I carry and I take it seriously.

Since July 26, 2011, the day the criminal charges were officially filed against the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Watch Tower Society, et al., there has been absolutely no media coverage whatsoever. As to the reasons why, you are free to speculate. In the meantime this is the best I can do.

no, i am not a witness and i have never been, and never will be!

i did however, date a witness for about three years.. it was our typical 357th biweekly 'man hating' girls night out, and meeting mr. right was the last thing on my mind!

The newspapers Richard bought space in are the small free papers that people advertise their "stuff" for sale. They are usually in boxes located in front of stores, etc. The reason he bought space in these papers is because we all know many JWs just love these papers because they like to get bargains. So Richard hoped to get their attention this way. There's a company that owns many of these papers published in the US under different names such as The Exchange, as an example. Also tens thousands of people who aren't JWs but have JW relatives read these papers and Richard hoped that they might be interested in listening to the interview.

This morning, Richard Rawe told me that he has spent hundreds of dollars to advertise his interview with Steven Unthank Feb. 21 st . These ads will run in thousands of small papers around the USA. starting late next week. They are attention-getting ads talking about criminal charges filed against the Watch Tower in Victoria, Australia and about the interview, etc. And the ads contain the Six Screens conference line phone number and Internet site information for those who want to listen in that way. Richard said that it's too late to back out now, not with all the ads already paid for.

In light of the money already spent, Richard will be conducting his interview with Steven using the Six Screens conference line even though so many on JWN strenuously object.

I told Richard about Azazel’s suggestion of an interview held with Steven through some other conference line, or the other idea someone else had of using Mad Sweeney’s Cult Free Radio, and he thought these were great ideas. First, Richard said, Steven has to be contacted to see if he is interested in another interview, and, if he is, then arrangements could be made by those who know of another conference line that can be used, etc. See jwnews.net for Steven’s other contact information. If Mad Sweeney wants to conduct an interview with Steven, I’ll vouch for him to Steven in that MS interviewed me a few months back and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

wa happened?: Since JWN is monitored by certain people in Brooklyn, NY, I'm careful what I say even though many of the questions that have been asked by posters about the Unthank case I do know the answers to. When you listen to the Dialogue interview, ask Steven yourself about why no newspaper coverage and interviews by mainstream media outlets. And don't assume there won't be. Maybe there are things happening behind the scenes. I'm not saying there will be, but I'm an optimist. If I wasn't would I hang on this long fighting this battle over the harm WT has caused to the lives of so many.

Oh, by the way, since there appears to be a quite a number of people reading this thread, please look for in the coming weeks a thread I'll be starting that's sure to cause more controversy if I'm any judge of james_woods.

Of course I know why, James_Woods. You certainly have been vocal enough about it. I'd have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to know why. But this is Richard Rawe's fight not mine. I'm just a messenger getting out Richard's message to everyone. I didn't have anything to do with the arrangements between Richard and Steven. Richard does not have a computer and if he did, he probably couldn't read the screen. He's a stroke victim, yet that hasn't caused him to slow down his efforts against the WT. He was at it when you and I were gullible victims of the WT who would have been happy if Richard had been tarred and feathered by JWs back then for his activity against the organization.

Richard asked me to post his announcement and I will never say no to Richard Rawe. Enough said and I will not discuss this any further with you James_Woods who I feel has been instrumental in making a mountain out of a mole hill. So go ahead, continue to say what you will about my posts. I guess you just don't listen either.

It appears that "Rick" has become the "bad boy" topic on my thread (speaking of spamming a thread) which is about a coming interview with Steven Unthank by host, Richard Rawe.

Steven is an amazing man who is doing something that has never in the history of the WT been done before -- actually criminally prosecuting five entities of the WT. Steven consented to do the interview with Richard Rawe because of the respect that he has for Richard’s over 30 years of diligent exposure of the WT through the media, working behind the scenes with his contacts in the media world.

It is amazing that Steven has gotten this far with this case in Victoria. Yes, we all would like to see newspaper coverage on what Steven has been and is doing, but fact --reporters don’t interview a prosecutor out of respect for the office.

The day after the February 21st hearing is when Dialogue's interview with Steven will take place. It is during the hearing that Steven will be informed if the State of Victoria's Dept. of Public Prosecution will take over the case and that it will move forward. Or he will learn that the DPP will drop the case. One way or the other, the day after the hearing, Steven will be able to talk more freely. This man is fascinating to talk to and to listen to. If those who oppose Rick so mightily will put aside their indignation that Steven consented to be interviewed by Richard Rawe on a conference line made possible by Rick, you will be in for a real treat and a bit of an education into the nefarious activity of the Australian Branch of the Watch Tower Society which, in my opinion, is amazing.

Fact: In Victoria, the WT broke the law by not abiding by the Working With Children Act as applied in 2008 to religious organizations. How the DPP will deal with this is the question. There are also many side issues that are involved in this criminal case that the DPP will consider. Don't miss out hearing more about this extraordinary situation. Please listen to Steven cause you won't regret it! Again, just my opinion.
