  i am thinking that about 10,000+ jw secret pedophiles are losing a lot of sleep right now.

  they know the only thing that has saved their butt is the silence of the elders and their victim's families at the kh.

  they are probably watching the news very closely and the latest case in england will no doubt scare them.

  ok so this was told to the entire congregation by the circuit overseer.

  "the society knows the tract work brings hardly any new disciples in.

  we get a few good experiences out of it and a few start studies and attend a few meetings.

  I had a 'tract' shoved through my door a couple of months ago. I saw the JWs work my street a week later (following up the tracts I assumed), but they missed my house (I didn't recognise them)...now if I'm on some sort of 'list' then I shouldn't have received the tract, but as I did I deserved a follow up visit - that tract could have changed my life - I may well complain to my local KH.

  JW daughter - the amount of times I've heard that (much to my own pain) - Dubs are brainwashed into believing that anyone who brings reproach on Jehovah's name is/never was a REAL dub, lol. It's just a 'safety mechanism'/get out clause.

  Regarding the Tacoma Dome parking lot scandal, I recall reading a scan of a letter sent by the WTBTS to Congregation(s?) stating that although the parking is included in the fee paid for the hire of the dome, the Congregations must not divulge this to the R&F, but charge again for parking...can someone help me here...can't re-find it

  Thanks Aude - missed that. I'm just appalled by the whole incident. I hope he doesn't have kids - I was watching a TV show a few month's ago (Jeremy Kyle), and there was a paedo on it (on the sex offender's register), who'd got together with a woman (she had to give her small child up in order to live with this 'man', as he wasn't allowed to be around kids), and then they had a baby together KNOWING it would be taken from them (if he remained in the home). Disgraceful. Surely if this perv goes on to have kids, they'll be removed too

  Porter now lives in Finchley, North London, and is thought to be an Elder in Mill Hill.

  Ms Hughes said: "They're backing him and haven't thrown him out. He'll still be in contact with children and visiting houses door to door."

  I repeat - HOW can he remain a 'Glorious One'? He can't fulfil any requirements. I wonder how the Mums at his Cong feel about him.

  thus their excuse for mis-understanding what was going to happen in 1876, 1914, 1918, 1925, 1975, etc.
