A Moral Dillema... and ideas?

okay, background info;.

my ex-wife is threatening to cut contact between me and my daughters (12 and almost 15).. she has done a great job of being the parent with the lions share of rasing them (especialy as she's become inactive) and has always resisted 'excessive' involvement as well as always being resentful and obstructive of contact with them, down to them not feeling comfortable to call me due to her reaction.

last year my x cut off contact for three month as she was 'under stress'... or more accurately, i'd asked to have them for a week in the summer holidays and she can't stand to see me have anything that makes me happy even if it spoils things for her daughters.... this year, in addition to repeating the request for holidays, i spoke to her about a few problems i'd found out about regarding my daughters.

At the moment UK law is SHIT at getting decent access for fathers if the mother decides otherwise

Have I missed something? Are you living in different countries? Your girls are old enough to make their own decisions as whether to see you or not - (the Law would be on your side). How CAN she stop them if your daughters want to?

As you don't feel able to 'grass' your ex - are you considering using it as a lever to gain easier access? OR are you suggesting someone else turn her in? lol - post the details, I'm sure someone will oblige.

do you have stories - past and present - about being completely floored by jws responses to your predicament?

but there have been at least a handful of exchanges in which i knew, even before 30 seconds had elapsed that the exchange was going nowhere fast.

just over 20 years ago, my dear jw aunty had heard from another source that i had doubts about the watchtower society.

Sheesh - I was amazed to learn of the Ouija board stuff - just googled it (haven't read it thoroughly yet) - yep Greendawn, it appears that Goodrich complained to the WTBTS of their usage of Spiritism and was disfellowshipped as a result!

Lol - they'd disfellowship JESUS HIMSELF - I can't imagine Jesus would AGREE with the WTBTS's teachings, so He'd be out on His ear......oh, and He's got a beard too!

on the other board i go to there is a thread about congressman lynch.

he is going after religions that hide pedophiles, specifically the jw's.

i thought maybe he should get some letters of support.

I emailed the 'Sunday Programme' to ask if 'Silent Lambs' will be shown in England - they replied saying that it has been forwarded to their agents in London.

it happened one year ago today.

june 4, 2004. they say these things take time and that recovery gets easier as time goes on, and i suppose that's true.

but then again, some things leave a hole in your heart that will never go away.
