I'm home and all is well. I got to see everything on the monitors. It's different to be the patient. (and I sitll didn't like it!) I'm still groggy and tired. Thanks for all the love and suppport. It means alot!!!

by thirdwitness inthink about this: if seven times mean only 7 years then daniel could have simply said 7 years.
why does daniel specifically use the word 'times' rather than years?
as we have already shown daniel used the word for 7 times instead of 7 years.

What do the endless debates with ThirdWitness etc prove?
by jwfacts inthere are currently long debates going on with 3w about the subtle meaning of words and how they are supposed to prove the wts has the correct doctrine.
even as a jw i always noticed that it was impossible to prove a doctrine to people in the field.
the fact that 2 christians can discuss topics endlessly without any conclusion shows me that god can not possibly be going to destroy every non jw simply because they could not be convinced of watchtower doctrine.. the bible says very little about doctrine, besides pauls discussions to show jesus is our ransomer and means for everlasting heavenly life.

by crazyblondeb ini was talking to my little brother tonight to let him know about my surgery tomorrow.
we got to talking and he has been posting here, too.
he's a lot more in to deeper subjects than i am.

One more note, we were talking about different posters I was telling (and laughing) about thirdwitness. He is very familar with him(not in a good way), and just laughed his ass off! My brother posts alot at channel C.

I'm sorry you're going thru so much crap these past few months. But you're making my troubles seem pretty insignificant in comparison.
All I want is my nice quiet life back. I've had enough for a life time!! But, my troubles are nothing compared with others here. My hats off to all of them. Right now I'm just ranting, and have no one to rant and rave to! Ya'll are my family, like it or not!
