I can totally understand what you are saying, there are no grey areas in my thinking and it makes things awkward.

Black/white thinking
by JW83 indoes anyone else here tend to still think in black & white?
i still find it hard to think in shades of grey.
example: i'm tossing up at the moment doing a phd or a dip education (teaching) but the hardest thing is that i feel like i can't take a detour from my path (phd).

Tattoo you?
by mrsjones5 inok, i've been watching the show "inked" on a&e and i think it's a really cool show about tattoo artists in las vegas.
and lately i've been thinking about getting a tattoo somewhere on my body, possiblely my lower back.
my sister has one there and i think it's really cool.

I'd really love to get a tattoo but I'm just too much of a chicken, I'm scared of going to get one and it hurting too much and then changing my mind halfway through so that I only end up with half.
My partner has 3 and he says they don't hurt but I think hes just saying that, and my best friend has a really tiny cute one on her toe, its a lady bird and its so nice, its a good place to have one because it can be easily hidden and even on display it doesn't look too much.

I don't think I'm noticed all that much, probably because my posts never really make sense, I just say whatever pops into my mind rather than thinking them out, much like I'm doing now.
However, on this board I have been accused of being a chav/trailor trash, and also a grass, and on another board I've been called moralistic and a flirt, none of which I'd agree with.

For those of us fortunate to not have to work weekends, Saturday mornings are for relaxing, not for being made guilty for not attending some boring bible study with judgemental self righteous idiots, the sooner you are out of it the better.

Pop music lyric quiz
by ballistic ini was doing quite well at a pub quiz game yesterday, so i thought it would make a good idea for a thread.
all you have to do is name the song and the artist the lyrics come from.. i'll start you off with an easy one.... (no cheating by looking it up on the internet, ok?).

A funeral service is being held for a woman who has just passed away. At the end of the service, the pall bearers are carrying the casket out, when they accidentally bump into a wall, jarring the casket. They hear a faint moan.
They open the casket and find that the woman is actually alive! She lives for ten more years, and then dies. Once again, a ceremony is held, and at the end of it, the pall bearers are again carrying out the casket. As they carry the casket towards the door, the husband cries out, "Watch that wall!"
