  for those not up-to-date on my situation ... .

  i was disfellowshipped and i posted about it here.. i wrote an appeal letter, and wrote about it here.

  so, i just got home from a weeks vacation, i was home for 3 hours.

  i mean there seem to be several fairly well rooted sub-groups operating within the ranks of the witnesses now.

  many under the continuing premise that it is the 'truth'.

  i know of a couple.

  God installed a fool proof fail safe for out of control demigod leaders.They grow old and die from the pharoahs to hitler.

  In this same way the Watchtower is busted,because every single JW WIll grow old and die like everyone else.

  The catch is they don't think they will,as the Watchtower has promised them the rapture in their lifetime (after sucking them dry) and have done this to 4 generations of my JW family.

  To quote Gary Buss,"all the other religions promise you your reward AFTER you die and no one has come back and filed a breach of promise.

  I also sent a non threatening message (my standard letter to the editor) and told them also that i was sending in a donation to the Red Cross in their behalf.

  NOW i also posted competitive press releases for silentlambs donations and that is fair.

  Does anytone 'wince' when they hear people talking about God/Jesus etc?

  i went to a born-again christian church wedding a couple of weeks ago.

  in so many ways it was like a kingdum hall.... and the person conducting the wedding was jesus this jesus that..... i just want to roll my eyes.. i think its because i been preached 'at' so much in my life as a dub i dont want to hear it anymore.

  maybe im getting my head round the idea that beliefs and worship are best kept to yourself..... anyone else feel like this?

  I am completely open-minded now my response to other belief systems is i just don't know.

  My arguement with the Watchtower belief system is they defrauded myself and my family and i demand monetary compensation from their simply man-made ripoff religious racket.

  Yes i have NO fear and my conscience is at ease if Jesus Christ 'prince of peace' wants to take over i welcome it.

  I have been 'taking out the trash' for him.

  During the chaotic hours after Hurricane Katrina hit our area we exchanged a lot of information with our friends via email. We were extremely worried about our brothers in the disaster area and we all meant well. Nevertheless, most of the information received was unverifiable, some confidential, and the rest just useless. We created this website as a temporary aid.

  If The Star is interested in clarity and confirming to the truth, then please don't say "all faiths."

  Jehovah's Witnesses are not a large force locally, but we are 6.5 million strong throughout the world We don't have any interfaith dealings with any other religion, albeit a well-meaning and harmless one such as fighting hunger. On the other hand, we Witnesses have, as a group and as individuals, helped many due to our love of God and mankind.

  I just don't personally want people reading this headline to think all religious groups are united in this work.

  I appreciate The Star's sensitivity in this matter.

  Why are there more JWs on Social Security Beneifits than any other Religion

  on a per capita ratio jws ethos for claiming off the state is higher than any other religion.

  does anyone have the answer?

  i remember in the late 80s the borg came out with an article "uses and abuses of the welfare system".

  I went on SSDI at age 36 i had worked for 20 years though and earned it as well as two pensions.

  This is the kicker,my disability is due in part to mega surgery from ulcerative colitis (onset 1970) that was woefully mismanaged due to believing Watchtower apocalyptic predictions.

  I also have no education for the same reason.If i was raised 'normal' i would not have let the disease eat me away i would have sought better treatment,so i would still be working at age 48.

  But here's another kicker i don't work and have no family (all dubs me dfed) to occupy my time and assets so i spend all my time/money causing damage to the Watchtower. See how this all turned against them?
