On Friday the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) had recommended that the man be charged with murder and the charge was laid against him but on Monday the police indicated that they had additional information and he was released. Yesterday the man's relatives said he was too distraught to speak to the media. He was taken into custody minutes after his wife's body was found in a pool of Melissa Anthonyblood at their Retrieve, Linden home.
