i have tried to register with my previous name : stuckinarut2, but this just did not work on the new site!.
i have tried emailing you several times, but have not heard back from you.. so i have had to re-register under a new name : stuckinarut3.
But I had no other way to contact you other than starting another account...?

I followed all the directions provided correctly, but things didnt work....
Anyway, I'm keen to move forward and get back to being my "previous self" known as stuckinarut2.
If you can make that happen, it would be appreciated.
