  Yeah, I saw that and found it striking.

  They could have filmed this guy from any room and from any angle, but chose to have a giant black goat's head dominating the frame.

  I think "demon worship" is a bit over the top, but it certainly is an odd choice.

  i'm sorry, i didn't see that someone had already posted about this!!.

  i just love the special relief packages that are being provided by "the branch" it's such a "loving provision".

  funny how they leave out that it's not costing them a dime, but is being given to them, to pass out!.

  Yes, the elders are telling the publishers to view these boxes of vegetables as "Jehovah's loving provision"!

  Apparently, Jehovah motivated the US Congress and the USDA to act:

  elections have been held per the us constitution during many difficult times; us civil war, ww i, ww ii, whatever.

  i just put on the pro-trump fox news and even they are saying ... oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. this is really scary.

  are we headed towards a dictatorship?

  If everybody is talking about "delaying the election", no one is talking about a 33% drop in GDP, and the primary thing Trump planned to campaign on was the economy.

  Short answer: Constitution says the president's & vice-president's term ends on January 20, 2021, If no elections have been held by that point, Speaker of the House assumes role as president.

  I.e., options are (1) hold the election or (2) welcome President Pelosi.

  I.e., this is just more bluster.

  I like this quote from that thread:

  We tend happilly to obey humans, accept their weaknesses and injustice but when

  it comes to God we become very critical.

  I am very critical of any being, be it human or god, who putatively has the power to end the suffering of others yet refuses to do so.

  JW never thaught that was done in six literal days. It was actually six days of 7000 years each.

  This is interesting.

  The "each creative day lasted exactly 7000 years" idea has not appeared in print for over 30 years. It was taught in Gilead classes as recently as 15 years ago, but in any event, it is not at all a current JW teaching. They are now purposely vague about each day's length, and I've even seen printed references accepting the age of the universe as 13-14 billion years.

  So our new poster seems to be an "old school" JW, or at least was raised by old school JW parents.
