i have been suffering from fatigue, burning in my stomach, and i have always had canker sore issues as long as i can remember.
whether it's from stress or not, i can't say, but i might be getting an ulcer.
the burning in my stomach and intestinal puffiness is getting to be be chronic.
Yes I read marksdailyapple for encouragement and referenced articles. Also authoritynutrition. He is a Med student who also references all claims. Funny thing, I love bacon but now that I have free access have lost a lot of the desire. I seem to prefer eggs and veggies with a couple of espressos (with coconut cream) to finish for breakfast.

Paleo eating appears to be a broad church but yes I have changed my eating habits the last 2 months by cutting out refined sugar, grains esp wheat, dairy aside from the occassional cooking with butter and all junk or over processed food. There was immediate relief from gastric reflux and briefly a major boost in energy. Eating a lot of fat goes against all I have been taugt all my life but yes I never feel hungry and have lost the desire to eat sugary foods. Most of my fat comes from cocnut oil, cream and eating raw baby coconuts each day (plus the delicious juice).
I did not change for weight loss but yes my belt has gone back two or three notches and I notice that the mild swelling in my feet has disappeared, which fits with the claim of removing inflammation. Personally I eat far more fruit than recommended but hey it's summer here and mangoe season!

This is from the site you quoted Caliber:
The Prayer of Faith
The key verse for the prayer of faith is Mark 11:24, in which Jesus says, "'Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.'"
So you only ask for strength? Really?

LOL It's for the lurkers. If I recall correctly, there have been a few who posted on here thanking all for helping them in their decision making (or whatever).

Yes Cofty that is why I pressed Eden One via his sarcasm. A good intelligent man but he cannot see the delusion in his goal post shifting belief.

So from what has been posted it seems that athiests cannot see any evidence of a god when 250,000 people were killed by the 2004 tsunami.
Believers on the other hand say that you need to ask god for holy spirit, then you get special knowlege(understanding) via holy spirit to "see" god's divine hand/plan above this horror.
True?

Ah the time zones and work make it so hard to continue points.
Apologies Eden One that I didn't see the sarcasm in your post. I was scrolling through trying to get a clear understanding of your beliefs.
So could you pleaes clarify this point? god does not provide his holy spirit to you in any shape, form or manner??

Eden One
I thank him for the spirit that guides me to wisdom, which in turn allows me to run my business in a way that I can provide for my family.
but then Eden One said....
If God interveines in a disaster of said magnitude, then he would be expected to act in a disaster of a smaller magnitude; then also in a little disaster; then again on personal disasters; then again in triffle situations of everyday life. Soon God would be expected to cure ingrown fingernails. If God would interveine to save the people in the asian tsunami, then others would ask fairly: What about ME? What about the people on that other volcano/flood/earthquake/ or whatever disaster ?
So god provides you with spirit of wisdom in your business but won't provide spirit to prevent the death of 250,000 people in the 2004 tsunami? I see another Muhummad Ali foot shuffle going on....
