Hi LHG - I KNOW! I'd hear drivel about so and so studying with them previously and they didn't love the truth nor stay with it -- I wonder why although at the time it was hard to believe they could walk away from God. I heard/experienced more JW reality within 3 mos yet the brainwashing was deep from the mags. Crazy. I was half asleep when I'd read at night to fall asleep.

It's beyond crazy -- few mos ago general contractors building mammoth sized homes here couldn't get all the building supplies together. Even plumbing items could not be located/purchased. Plus the severe labor shortage is pathetic.

I was shocked at JW hygiene while attending local 2-day event at public domain -- can't recall what they were called. The stench so bad I had to move to different seat and 3-4 of us in group were separated due to limited seating -- crazy.
Soap/water -- a beautiful thing. WT clergy class needs to encourage their adherents to shower/bathe on a regular basis -- perfume isn't the answer! 'It Does the Body Good' and 'Just Do It'.

U.S. Announcement at CLAM w/o March 3 - Donation of Trailers Needed
by JWTom inat our clam meeting this past week there was a rather lengthy announcement asking for the donation of travel trailers.
needed to be at least 22 feet long and not older than a 2005 model year.
lots of other details were in the announcement about what was desired related condition of the trailer, etc.

In the assisted living/memory care facilities they really conserve water and claim residents shower 3 Xs/wk which is short 4 days. They charge more for assisted/extra showering to those that need help -- money well spent.
I've heard people say their dermatologists advise they shower every other day because soaps are drying -- unreal! Water is a natural moisturizer so maybe they need to rinse the soap off a tad bit longer so they can resume showering daily.
