I have ALEXA -- apparently, there's options as to protecting privacy, etc. I like to plug it in at night or when I leave the house for additional security. I need to find a radio station I like that's linked with ALEXA (without ads) because I'm not impressed with the top pop station or the top most played -- or 70s/80s for that matter. I prefer the SONOS in the sound system that is wireless (so many options for great music) and has issues or has them in my house. Greatest music - so much offered. I'm not into ALEXA (but I think the younger genre love it or that's what I hear) and haven't figured out everything it will do because there's so much negative info about it. If you google I'm sure ALEXA'S options are online now.

Good point, Phizzy - do you reckon those in the upper echelon (elders/COs/DOs/who-hoes, whatever) see more of reality? Maybe not - they're not treated like the R&F and could be in the clouds. I use to mention the child abuse issues to JWs - they don't seem to be phased and were quite aware of it themselves being very protective of their children or even have a family member/close friend that's been a victim. It's crazy. They can't give up their fantasies and look at the reality -- too much pain to walk or stay for family, etc.

once i got out of bethel, i figured i had already given them six of the best years of my life (ages 18-24) working as a slave/drone in their factory, so i rationalized that i had given them enough... so over the next 27 years i would say maybe $200 bucks is it.
i think their whole "voluntary contributions" idea is biting them in the ass, because over all jehovah's witnesses are a cheap group people with a few exceptions.

Very sad -- we can't trust the scientists who need the funding and the leftists who need to pad their pockets (get rich fast political scheme) and throw the country into socialism. Democracies generally don't last over 200 yrs. Everyone will be all happy in the land of socialism receiving $1,000/mo and a gov't apartment - health insurance will be limited unless one is in the top tier. Don't get sick or old -- odds aren't good for you.
A survey was taken of the younger genre and college students -- the majority were clueless what socialism means other than free junk and some won't have more than others. People can't stand others having more - it's an envy thang!
