  I corrected as soon as I realized - get a life or get over it. I don't spread "BS" like you're trying to spread your powerless position in life.

  2 police officers shot in LV - shocked there weren't more from the left's corruption/leadership under Obama/Biden and the proliferation of anti-government thugs. Seems you're trying to sugar coat where police are shot now - don't think one officer in LV was shot in foot but the head - unconfirmed and you obviously are clueless about shots, also.

  How about Obama's stupidity re/number of states in the union. What a commander in chief - crook in chief. Try again. How about his lies re/terrorism - just a scratch on the surface of left's corruption/leadership.

  The Vegas cop is in bad shape (shot in the head or info I read/NOT CONFIRMED!) - hope he makes it.

  You've got some wires crossed - this is FAR LEFT AGENDA and STATE LED with the leaders advising media/protecting these vicious psychopaths advising their blue pill lock steppers and the world it's just young people protesting as if it isn't happening. After all, this is their voter base killing police officers, beating up/disabling citizens (immigrant and local store owners), looting, even NYC's activist, mayor's, daughter, heavily involved. Organized Antifa dropping off pallets loaded with 2x4s, bricks, bats, initially. New level elevated from "propaganda" to "cop-agenda" all over social media.   Hi Darkshadow - hope to visit Cape Town someday. Actually, couple of Cape Town natives left San Diego to move back there.

  Yes, the San Diego climate is amazing. There's nothing like walking out of the San Diego airport and breathing the so cal ocean air - same around ocean in Orange County. If so cal didn't have the ocean I'd never return to Cali other than to central cal for required matters.

  deaths: 359,791. recovered: 2,399,247. active cases 3,044,378. we need to throw out the active cases in our calculations, as we don’t know if those people will survive or die.

  deaths + recovered is 2,759,038. deaths/deaths + recovered = death rate.. 359,791/2,759,038 = 13%.

  Welcome, Darkshadow - I have a family member from Cape Town (he's older) and the Cape Towners seem to flock to San Diego, CA, in the US, because of the beautiful weather and ocean. He was an Olympic swimmer when he was on scholarship at SMU, TX. Amazing guy - still swims daily in the ocean and in great health.

  I've heard how beautiful and majestic Cape Town is for years. Love Paul Simon's #1 album he recorded with the South African musicians. I missed the last trip to Johannesburg/Cape Town, unfortunately - maybe, someday!

  My Mom died last week.

  last wednesday my elder brother called me to let me know mom had died.

  she was 97 years old and was in a nursing home for the last 7 years.

  her mind had left her many years ago to the point she didn't recognize any of us.

  Still - at least you have confirmation of a mental disorder/disease re/your mom. Not undermining the situation but so many adult children and family members excuse the toxic/evil/inadequacy as being mentally crazy or other sidewalk psych term (no professional evaluation) when they're just plain awful and care less about their children. It's very difficult for many to face the reality and easier to excuse them as something mental. There are way too many disordered/evil parents that were never JWs in the world - believe me.
