wt is using jws as a slave to sell their little magazines.wt is making easy money from the jws and don't have to pays to the slaves for doing hard works.

Bulger killers release - just?
by digderidoo inwith the news that the killers of jamie bulger have been released, it would be interesting to know how people feel.. from the mcveigh thread it seems that many americans believe the death penalty would have been appropriate.. i do not know whether many in the us know of the case in britain of a 2 year old being tortured and murdered by two 10 year olds.
but now 8 years later they have been released.. i know of the arguments that they have been rehabilitated since killing jamie bulger.....but is this really justice?

I seem to be able to think of this only as a mother. I wouldn't want those 2 walking any streets my chidren were on. I have no way of knowing if those 2 murderers are reformed or not, but I wouldn't want to bet my childrens lives on it. If it were left to me I'd say to keep them in jail - they deprived a little boy of his life in a manner I can only feel is evil.
Perhaps the problem lies with society which does not notice when their young are developing into monsters, but this in no way excuses them, they made their own decisions.

Latest letter from the Elders.
by uncle_onion ini dont know if some of you remember but about 8 months ago i recieved a telephone call from the luvvin bruvvers and they wanted to talk to me re my "apostate" veiws.
i told them that i would take legal action against them and to only contact me through letter.
i recieved this today.

The Power of the Human Spirit

i have also read the recovery that people have experienced once they got out from under the oppressive and destructive world that was the watchtower.
i find it amazing that when people receive a modicum of a healthy environment how they are able to heal, sometimes quickly and sometimes more slowly, but the progress is there.

If you don't mind a newbie saying so, you beat me to the punch . I have been spending time in the experiences forum over the last few days, and because of that had been thinking of posting a similar observation to the one you have made here. For every person here who has left or is questioning the WTS there is a story of hurt and of healing.

but..I get that little voice in the back of my head that says...What If you are wrong?...And I do not like being wrong......It is just a very hard decision...
I think you will find that a lot of people here have felt or are feeling like this. These doubts are grey areas, and the WTS deals only in black and white. It took me a while to get used to dealing with these grey areas.Hope to hear more from you

Batting averages: WTS vs apostle Peter
by Defender inthe society publishes an average of 22,000,000 wt and 19,000,000 number of awake magazines every two weeks.
if we assume that 6,000,000 of each go toward the number of active publishers as their personal copies.
that leaves 16,000,000 issues of wt + 13,000,000 for awake = 29,000,000 that are to be used for disciple making.. multiply 29,000,000 by 26 = 754,000,000 average yearly printing.. divide 754,000,000 by 288,907 (number of baptized in 2000) = 2609. yes, 2609 number of magazines (not counting books, brochures and tracts) must be distributed in order to recruit one new member.. now for the number of hours; .

Maybe you could go to the GB with those figures so they can work on a Plan B for getting converts. You see, because they don't really believe in attending college, except for a select few studing law, they obviously can't do the maths for themselves [8>].
