No way, that was the most wicked thing that I, as a JW could think about doing back then. It was WT's very own literature, and their rewriting of their own history that made me wake up. Main topic for me was what WT say today about what Charles Taze Russell wrote about 1914, vs what Charles Taze Russell really wrote in his books regarding 1914. It was after that, that I discovered that wicked evil apostates were telling the truth about what Charles Taze Russell really wrote in his books regarding 1914. And it is the WT that have rewritten their version of 1914 to suit their agenda.

Another thing that we should not overlook, is that a large number of JWs have very poor memories. They would sooner let the WT tell them what happened in the past, the real history is erased from there minds, it never happened mentality. Then when you do show and prove it did happen using old WT quotes, you get accused of being negative and looking for fault, they now view you as someone marked for not allowing WT to rewrite your memory. So you cant win, even when you do know TTATT. Which WT don't seem to be interested in.

What a nerve, yet another double meaning. Today if I were to say that the end will not come within the next 10 years, I will almost get my head biten off by my JW family for not being spiritual enough, because we all know that the end is so near now.

Only in the WT, can the words say one thing while the opposite is what JWs believe. Been a few of these in the watchtowers over the last month or so, 1: Unlike Christendom, we don't have human leaders because we follow the GB. 2: We dont take money by passing the plate around at meetings, like Christendom do, but please make sure you contribute your monthly donations.
there is alot if press here in australua on the royal commission about child abuse in the jw faith.
however that is just one type of abuse, abuse can be physical or mental, we tend to forget about the various types of mental abuse in the jw faith.
