  Online witnessing / witness meeting

  the local congregation has organized witness meetings at zoom with the field service group.. witness are advised to take part of the online witness meeting, dispite if they witness online or not.. this all to keep the routine, they say.. g..

  Will ever happen. They will be busy writing letters reminding all congregations that your yes means yes, so your monthly pledge payments need to be fulfilled. This is what happened to the congregation I am in after it fell short in $$ for 2 consecutive months.

  The convention will be available via stream from JW.org in August where we can all sit in and watch it. No monthly GB broadcast that month. Just another sign that Jehovah is looking after his organization as the end closes in. What wonderful evidence we have that we are in the truth. And all the other promotional propaganda that witnesses convince each other with that I am hearing...

  not only do they want everyone dressed up for the zoom meetings( which i won't do) they decided to keep the zoom meeting at 1pm sunday!

  so they don't upset their spiritual routine!

  -oh, gawd.. 2. if you use a zoom background, make sure it is not distracting, or something crass like prison.

  stick with something dignified and subtle.

  I'm sure the JW.org guys are racing to put together and releasing a ZOOM like app. This has happened all so quickly that it as caught them unawares, although they tell us the opposite and say how they have known for a long time that this was coming.
