okay, i used to be the guy with all the latest gadgets in fact i was the first bethelite i knew to get a personal internet account and the first to upgrade to a 14.4 modem (dating myself eh!!).
but for the past couple of years i haven't upgraded my home pc.
it has been primarily for my home based businesses (email, word, excel and powerpoint type stuff and casual browsing) so my faithful p2, 10 gig hard drive and cd reader (only) has been sufficient, but damn it i want to be able to do more!
Civ 4 and World of Warcraft are pretty great games, and both eat tremendous amounts of my time in an enjoyable fashion.
If you didn't get a chance to play Warcraft 3, you could always go back and revisit it.
Aside from that, I'm just waitin' for the Wii to come out instead :)

my mother once told me a story of how john denver supposedly hated jehovah's witnesses more then life itself.
my legend, these are two examples i heard while in the witnesses .... 1. at a john denver concert, he once asked all jehovah's witnesses in the audience to leave.. 2. johnny carson once asked him if he did this, and when he said he did, johnny carson asked him to leave the show in rehearsal and re-booked someone else.. ... awhile back i started looking on the internet for information on this and could not see any proof of this and wondered if anyone ever heard this before or was it just something that was in our area.
i have a feeling it is something others heard of.
As far as I can tell, there is no truth to these rumors. Whats interesting, is that this archetype comes up again and again, but in JW culture, its such old figures who play these roles.

Do you have a better suggestion for how our legal system should work? How about enacting prisons in defiance of international law the way the united states has done? Or perhaps we'd be better off just reverting to some sort of police state.
Honestly though, is there a better solution? It looks as though the physical evidence against these people is going to be overwhelming. Do Ontario courts tend to let people off in the face of overwhelming evidence?
