  How Do The French Feel About Us?

  earlier this week, british cemetries in northern france were vandalised by persons objecting to the war in iraq.. .

  a uk newspaper carried this report:.

  the showpiece cenotaph at the graveyard in northern france was smeared in red paint with the words: dig up your rubbish.

  This is really a horrible thing to do. But why on earth would a newspaper or the media even publish it ? It has probably been done by a band of young vandals who are just delighted it's all over the news ! Disgusting

  first, i never was a jw, but since a dear friend of mine is one, i'm here to learn from the human elements in order to give her quiet assistance in leaving someday (soon, i hope).... i love reading.

  my favorite author thru the years has been cs lewis.

  i read narnia in hs, and loved the last book the best (last battle).

  i talk widh en elder in miami area ,and he was say he have been on over 90 kommites in this area, and never meet one case of pedofile, this in a perod over 20 year, i now want your help,do yuo now anyone from that area or any case, when sexual abuse is involvd,please tell mee, so i can show him .. he say how can bb see so many casese when i never seen one in the bigg town miami.. widh love hm

  wow.... celia. you dare to mention the catholics in the discussion. well they might be helping the needy. but they are also leading the race on harboring child abusers. or what? does someone want to challenge me on that statement? would you like proof of that? please just read up on child abuse and youll find many cases within the catholic church.

  Why don't you visit the SilentLambs website and see for yourself how your beloved WTSociety handles cases of child abuse within its ranks... How many child molesters and abusers on file at headquarters of the Watch Tower ? 23,000 ?

  . if i leave the orginization. where would i go...... where would i go to get the love that i get with-in the Truth? where would i go to get so much biblical information? where would i go to get proper guidance? think about it. the JW's are not wrong in not letting their children not steal. or do drugs. or have sexy before they are married. if you beleive in the bible. you very well know that would be against what GOD wants us to do.

  this is too funny, or very sad, depending how you look at it. You do not have to be a JW to try and keep your kids away from drug, sex, alcohol... or to teach them that stealing, killing or abusing others and molesting children is just plain wrong....

  You're getting desperate there "TheTruth"...

  and where would you go ? well, nowhere, you could just read the Bible by yourself and try to understand its meaning on your own, without the "guidance" of any other mortal, imperfect human.

  yet i still beleive that JW's are doing more for humanity than most religions

  Wow, that's a mouthful.... Specific examples, please .... The catholic church has hospitals, schools, soup kitchen, food banks... Other religious groups do too. Does the Watchtower organization offer any such help freely, around the world ?

  What about the Red Cross. It's not a religious org. but it is doing more for humanity than any other org. I can think of.
