  eggs, over easy?

  eggs over easy.... I suppose these are fried eggs that are then flipped to cook the egg yolk too. Anyway, here is what I do.... I do not flip them --

  Heat a non-stick pan, add butter, crack your eggs. Salt and pepper -- When the bottom of the egg white starts browning, cover the pan with its lid for a minute -- the eggs should be perfect, if you want the yolk to be slightly firm.

  I like mine runny, YUM so I do not cover the pan.

  ...actually, the worst red I tried in the last 2 or 3 years was..... a Shiraz ... That was the first time I tried an Australian wine, and I was not impressed. But I can't tell you its name anymore. I haven't bought any Australian wine since then I usually buy Chile or Argentina or California red wines.

  first, i never was a jw, but since a dear friend of mine is one, i'm here to learn from the human elements in order to give her quiet assistance in leaving someday (soon, i hope).... i love reading.

  my favorite author thru the years has been cs lewis.

  i read narnia in hs, and loved the last book the best (last battle).

  I'm disappointed you never commented on my hard work with the Camille Saint Saens's "Danse Macabre." I spent nearly a year learning this one, dear.

  This was a major work of love for me and I was most pleased to present it to you readers of all of this stuff.

  My computer is not that fancy.... I can't listen to your music directly, I have to download the piece first. I started downloading Danse Macabre, but it would have taken over an hour and I didn't have the time at the time to wait for it, so I stopped and never tried again.... but I have your link in my favorites and I will try again, promise...
