Xandria- they took that dangly thing out of your mouth without asking? jeez... that seems out of line. I go in for pre-op tomorrow... I feel like I should mention "just the tonsils please...everything else stays."

It is nearly 3pm and I am just now starving & eating lunch, desbah! I'm trying to train my body to go without food because my tonsils come out next week and I hear you cannot eat.
I went with a bowl of grape nuts & soymilk.
my whole mothers side of the family made us think like that as well.

my fiancee's sister was visiting - she was here on business and yes she is a jw.
she was talking to me about answering some questions i first posed to her about the cult.
she goes in her bag, where i guess she keeps all those tracts, and pull out the "what does god require of us" brochure.. she was trying to prove to me there was no heaven for all believers, but preached this paradise earth stuff to me.
Ya sheshe…this is a good example of awesome story telling. You made me laugh at the funny-yet-illogicalness of it and feel for the sister at the same time. For her, this is the stuff that chill-inducing moments at assemblies are made of.
the first time i can vividly recall feeling jealous was when i was 7.. my dad came home from visiting a client with gifts for me and my sisters.

I'm with afin... start doing good things for you. Spark your interests in things outside the relationship that puts all the focus on you. (learning something new, join a team a co-ed sports team) Keep hanging out with your fun-loving gal pals, just be sure they are not feeding the fire by encouraging you to worry about what your S.O. could secretly be up to and bashing him.
The better you feel about yourself the less you will imagine he is cheating...because you will start to realize that even if he does act out on a workmate's advances, it is about him and not you.

soledad- I was told way back in pediatrician days that I should have them out due to chronic tonsillitis. But I was always too chicken. I guess I have had it with the pain of recurrent sore throats. That, and I have time off normal responsibilty at the moment, so lots of down time....so out they come!
