Condoleeza Rice denied any White House involvement or knowledge of bulbs going bad in a statement to the press last Thursday. She went on to say: “According to an official White House Memo, Bush merely received “new light” and no bulbs were changed”. Sources close to the White House claim no bulbs have ever been changed and only the most expensive contracters for White House lighting were consulted. A top White House Aide was quoted Saturday saying : “New light can never be trusted and a Senate Committee hearing is underway to further investigate the “new light” confusion”.

Cross or a Stake - which was it?

Thomas's words would appear to indicate there was more than one nail used in Christ's hands. Notice "nails" is plural. As if his hands were seperate when nailed. This isn't the depiction we get from the WT artists. Usually they portray him with one nail through the wrists. Hmmmm. Maybe this has bearing on the issue...maybe not.

What ever happened to separation of church and state? It’s bad enough they put “IN GOD WE TRUST” on all of our money.
