Its hard to believe ALL THAT is off the back of just selling books and magazines.
That restored 'palace' that has won awards is excessive for a religion that supposedly follows Jesus the carpenter.
Plus how sad was that woman talking about their moves of flat. How does that work then? That you get moved into increasingly bigger and better appartments the longer you are there. Is there some kind of unspoken 'promotion' system? Pathetic.

YAY - thanks Jgnat for checking that.
I cant help thinking its not quite in the spirit of being a JW, making money from religious matters?
I dont like those No Blood keyrings for kids. Poor little blighters.

Oh Brother....
by mama1119 inthis morning my doorbell rang, and i usually never answer my door unless i know someone is coming, because this is thick jw territory, but i did, and low and behold, its a lone jw.
he was working on the construction site across the street and was trying to locate the owners of a cat he kept seeing.
he didn't recognize me at first, he was looking at my halloween decorations, and then back at me like he knew something was off...so finally, he asked my name.

What about the cat??

Ive got nothing but respect for men who are primary care givers.
I know I shouldnt think this, but I think its WAY more unnatural (wrong word - wicked maybe?) for a woman to walk out on her kids than for a man.
I cant decide if thats because I have such a low opinion of men I almost expect them to walk out, or if its because as a mum I just cant imagine wanting to live without my daughter.
Anyhow, I think a man looking after kids had got a guaranteed date with almost any woman.
