What's The Most Scandalous Thing You've Seen Happen In A Congregation?
by minimus inmany years ago i remember suddenly how the bible study servant who was third in command got removed from his position, and was reproved for having a fling with his bible student who was much younger and very married too.
actually, her husband came in the hall while he was substuting as a watchtower conductor and i was reading and screamed all sorts of profanities to him all the while screaming that he was "f***king his wife"!
when the man told him, "i wanna talk to you", the elder said, "not now".

Went by my old hall today,,
by Apostanator init was about 9:30am and i saw two " sisters " i knew just pulling out of the parking lot for service.
they looked awefull, one was fat and the other looked old.
they use to be very nice looking ladies.

How come my friend got dis-fellowshiped for joining the YMCA so he can use their pool but it was OK for the Watchtower to associate itself with the UN to use their library ??

Went by my old hall today,,

it was my jw mother....i haven't talked with her in six months.
she started the conversation "hi cabby do you know who this is?

WOW !!!!! Carol, you probably already know this, but Jehovah's Witnesses are sick people. They remain sick because they get infected 5 times a week. I had a family of sick people who wanted to make me sick too. However I inocculated myself against their sickness and now, none of them bother me. I feel a lot better now !!!!

So as i'm leaving the house this morning...
by stillconcerned in...two ladies park at the entrance of my driveway (thereby blocking my egress), get out of their mommi-van, and approach me smiling.. i don't know either of them.. the elder gal asks me if i'd be interested in learning what will happen 'in the end times'.. i am dressed for the courtroom, carrying a bunch of documents related to litigation against the watchtower in california and texas.
when i turn to respond, several of my draft documents slide out of my daytimer and (spat!
) on the driveway.

Suppose The Watctower is Sucessfull in Shutting Down Quotes Site.

Lisa, I'm sorry to hear how your mom was treated. Typical JW behavior. She is following what she is taught by the Watchtower. Unfortunately being on the receiving end sucks. There is not much you can do to change things. If your sister will not honor you mother, then maybe your mother could honor herself by not allowing the emotional rollercoaster your sister brings to the table. My family treats me the same way. I have finally had it with them and there treatment of me. I just recently mailed a well thought out letter to them stating my position. I will post it sometime.

Depression and Anger rear it's ugly head once in a while. However it's the Anger that's prominent at times. I get sooo pissed when thinking about the Org. and the bullshit I went through.
