Road to Revenge, it's been a long time since that Kingdom Hall incident, JWs are very lucky exJWs are not radical individuals and more peaceful than they are.
http://www.smh.com.au/national/road-to-revenge-20140829-3e8yo.html
"During my research for my book The Family Court Murders (published by Random House next week), which was sparked by a story I worked on as associate producer of Channel Seven'sSunday Night, I located excommunicated Jehovah's Witnesses Anne and Warryn Stuckey. The Stuckeys had left the church long before the Casula hall was bombed and lived at an isolated farmhouse in NSW. With media interest high following the 1985 bombing, Warryn had answered a TV journalist's question about what sort of person might be responsible for the bombing.
While he "utterly condemned the action", he added that "I have met people who have been sufficiently disturbed by what's happened to the family [after excommunication] to take that course". Shortly after, they received an unexpected visit from a stranger with a hard, pock-marked face, who sat at their kitchen table complaining that his wife was involved with the Jehovah's Witnesses and demanding whether, because Warryn had spoken on television, they knew the identity of the bomber. "The hairs went up on the back of my neck," Anne recalls. "I realised with horror that I was looking at the bomber." When he didn't get the information he wanted, the stranger left.
Two years later, while watching the news on TV, Anne saw an image of Leonard Warwick as he walked from the 1986 coronial inquest into the death of Graham Wykes during the hall bombing. "I screamed out to Warryn, 'Quick – this is the same man who came to our house asking strange questions.' " Anne has no doubt about his identity. "It was Leonard Warwick," she shudders. "It still terrifies me."
Last year, following the airing of the Sunday Night story, the NSW Unsolved Homicide Unit announced the formation of a task force dedicated to examining these cases. Andrea, who has now reverted to her maiden name, Blanchard, takes a cynical view of the new investigation. "It took 'em bloody long enough, didn't it?" she says."

Do Kingdom Hall congregations communicate with each other?
by Faithful Witness inwhen asked, my mom denies that they do.... do local congregations pass along gossip or reports on householders in the area?
specifically, i am wondering if they might report on (unbaptized) family members that live in other towns?.
since the abrupt ending of my bs with miss k, i have not heard from the jw's at all.

Yes, I know for a fact the elders were sharing disfellowshings with others and spread gossip(spiritual concern) about families and members they were trying to get dirt on. JWs are not the brightest and don't want to believe the truth they are not living among people who love them. There's a poster who shared information that certain elders would call and shoot the breeze about judicial proceedings happening out of boredom. -

Brother Kendrick's "Publisher Card" and "Letter of Introduction", should those Elders get Sued?
by PokerPlayerPhil ini am pasting what flipper posted here below because i wanted to know how culpable the body of elders are your opinion and as a juror what you would do to this person(probably the secretary who was his friend, sounds that way.
) the odds are this was their secretary and conveniently he make's no mention and downplay's kendrick's bad qualities because there's another root why kendrick's acted as bad witness.
jws elders will go to great lenghts to cover up their buddy and family's sins while blasting those who they hate or pick on.

So the Congregation members who are not part of the "In Crowd" are basically screwed because nobody is going to warn them "that nice brother who is always hugging my kids' is a pedophile. We have discredited the Watchtower's "loving brotherhood" time after time, the only reason witnesses don't kill one another is because the Organization does not approve it, when you see how twisted family members treat each other or grandparents who have never spoken to their grandchildren for twenty years because of this Cult, make's you wonder how far it's would go to keep this sinking boat afloat! -

Struggling
by Alive! ini read here regularly and although i haven't joined in, i really appreciate all the wonderful contributions from those who are willing to share their experiences.... .
i was a convert.
i won't go into the whole history ( perhaps another day) - my story could easily be recognised in the small town where i live, with my husband.. so, we stopped going to the meetings around a period of time when we were going through severe emotional difficulties - at that point, we needed unconditional family love - the hectic, forced jw dinner parties and social occasions gave no real comfort.

There's something wrong in a religion or group of people who treat you like you were in high school. Only in Jehovah Witness Land can you relive all your high school experiences (hanging out with the cool crowd (elders, elderettes, pioneers, circuit overseers) begging to go to their parties. Instead it's you who must invite them because the bulk always have reasons why they can't invite others but love hospitality! High School, you had plenty of fake friends and they were so good at taking and begged away from giving. Think again about your experiences in high school, reflect how those kids acted. Really, how many are you still in touch with, now that's JW Land except your older now!
No matter how much Field Service you do it's going to leave you empty inside because your not doing God's Work, your expanding the interest of a Multinational Publishing Company who took the "Christ" out of Christian and replaced it with "Governing Body"(no mention of them in the Bible) or Slave(when was the last time the Slave did any work for you, this Slave killed off the Master and took his place and beat's his fellow slaves when they tell him their betraying the traveling Master.
Everyone here has gone through emotional troubles and family issues trying the best we can to navigate life, one obvious truth is the Watchtower and Kingdom Halls offer no support or comfort whether your alone in a hospital or suffering as some old Jehovah Witness in a rest-homes everyone forgot about. The Organization is about "What have you done for me Today?" not, "how can I slave for you and get you back to equilibrium?".
Jehovah's Witnesses are witnesses to the fact they are selfish, don't care about the World, take as much as they can from this System without putting anything back. I've seen more tax-frauds who were Jehovah's Witnesses than any other religion, it seems JWs are immune from doing the right thing while slapping themselves on the backs for a job not done!
any other questions?

Let's blame Brother Kendrick's wicked actions on everyone but himself and please let's not mention he was in jail for child molestation. How many areas can you locate where it's some other cause than Jonny Kendrick being a heaping pile of shit?
"
Dated 1/16/98 it opens :
" Dear Brothers, Enclosed are the publisher cards of Brother Jonathan Kendrick , and OUR comments in his regard that we hope will enable you to get to KNOW him better.
" Brother Kendrick is a fine brother who can easily offer a " positive " spirit to a congregation. He has served the North Congregation as Literature Servant in the somewhat RECENT past, has done well in the TMS and presenting the " good news " in the field ministry.
" However, our brother has had a " stormy " marriage which has ended in divorce , during which time a Judicial Committee saw the need to place restrictions on him for outbursts of anger. His anger was not unprovoked however, in that his former wife ( now inactive ) , never allowed him to assume the scriptural role of " family head ". She resisted him in allowing her teenage daughter ( from a previous marriage ) , to date a " worldly " individual with whom she was sexually active ( even in their own residence when Jonathan was not present ) , resulting in a child out of wedlock. So Brother Kendrick has had much frustration to deal with , but the committee agreed that that didn't give him license to vent his anger in violent demonstration , which in at least one case, involved the Fremont police department.
" Brother Kendrick has been away from good, regular spiritual association for some months now . As a result , I fear the world's attitudes have creeped in on him a little more. Please help him put these aside. Jonathan may seem a little " gruff " on the outside , but you will find with some attention he will respond well to your efforts. He wants and appreciates strong, pointed counsel on the TMS as well as personally to help him grow and progress.
" The skills of Brother Kendrick vary from violin playing to topiary to wood-working and welding ( trade ). He is a very interesting individual who has taken the lead with some YOUNG ONES in the congregation and helped them from ' VEERING OFF COURSE.'
" Jonathan is no longer on restriction ; you'll find him to be a fine individual, kind, loving, and appreciates the peace and refreshment of the Christian brotherhood. Please convey our well wishes and warm love to him , and all those loyally serving JAH in the Brentwood Congregation."
Your brother, --------------- ------------------

Can someone tell me if the man or congregation who wrote Kendricks Introduction letter are getting sued for incompetence? When I read Kendrick's "Letter of Introduction" I was appalled at how wicked the Watchtower really is, watching Ray Publishers great video last night and how that German speaking elder downplayed and either lied or is greatly misinformed claiming "Jehovah's Organization does not keep Pedophiles in the Congregation, they are Disfellowshiped!" was completely and utter lies and half-truths! I've seen them keep a pedophile from getting exposed, I wish the judges of the Appeals Court knew how deep the Watchtower corruption goes and the great lengths they will use to cover up anything to prevent the Watchtower from Bad Press.
Did the Body of Elders who sent Brother Kendrick's to Candace Conti's Congregation get sued, if they knew he molested a child and spent time in jail they need to go to jail after getting sued for every penny they got. The entire letter was slanted and made Kendrick look like a victim, this religion is bunk!

I remember all the litigation against asbestos, cigarettes, guns, malpractice, drug companies ect... I think most of you knew inside the punitive-damages would not hold because juries usually go way too far and it's the job of the appellate court to reel them back down to reality.
We all don't know what's going on behind the scenes, Mr. Simon's might have made counter-offers to the Watchtower and they laughed their arrogant asses off hoping they could create some type of eternal trial like all the massive lawsuits of the past. Remember it took decades to prove a causal link between Asbestos and cancer, Tobacco and cancer, Big Pharma puts tons of cash away in case there's a lawsuit against them. The Watchtower has a army of poor and lower-caste publishers they can offer to trade for money.
What if the Watchtower has been playing hardball like this giant companies did by dragging their feet and costing the applicant attorneys tons of cash so they burn up his resources and have him come back to them for a portion that's far away from the original offer? I think the Watchtower may have offered $2 or $3 million for Candace to go away with a gag-order and Mr. Simon's might have countered but we now know that this trial will not be solved so easily. The higher you go up the ladder, the justices usually want the parties to settle somewhere below the middle. Chaserious and two others here know this process much better than the rest of us, I was hoping the Watchtower would have to pay some Punitive Damages but glad they upheld the Compensatory damage part!

Crofty is it proper for Elders of Jehovah's Witnesses to have Child Molesters interrogate their victims and how did this brief by the Judge view that? That's how JWs have handled their child abuse inquiries, they go against all current psychology and therapist school views that you don't put victims and perps in the same room unless it's before a judge and jury, not some janitors playing judicial expert! -

I've been to more Kingdom Halls over the last ten years than most of you because I was seeking "The grass is more greener or there's more love in Kingdom Hall A than in Kingdom Hall B and C." something nonexistent in our former Organization, a real love with friends who are loyal and care about everyone from each socio-economic background. I was wrong and now I've primed this pump for your question, the "door-to-door" work is dying a surprising rapid death as the transition to internet and literature cart's take's it place
The once Auxiliary Witnessing is now taking the place of time wasting and useless door-to-door work. Everyone is busy, the Watchtower is so out of touch with Average Americans their personal needs, problems and struggles each person's family is going through! Everyday it seems were provided with more data and surveys showing the Average American has less than $1000 in the bank and they are less than one month away from financial ruination. What is the Watchtower offering people who are struggling to stay afloat in one of the most unfair Economies in the World? With assholes like Ted Cruz telling these Born-Again Home Schooling Stay-At-Home Mothers "In My American I don't see Gays or Atheists!" Watchtower will get grouped together with the Fundies and more anger against even the least zealous religious people like the Watchtowerites will only prove their "door-to-door work" is dead!
I was warning a few people who are allowing the Watchtower Cult Members to talk to their College kids they need to rethink their position because Cults are attractive to kids who love to argue and fight with us ignorant parents. Teenagers and Twenty-somethings are know-it-alls and do think about things deeper than were giving them credit for, the problem is many parents are taking a laisefaire approach with religion and that's were these the Cult get's it's foothold, its the last bastion besides mentally ill and chronic depressed people who will listen to the Watchtower and their message of Doom N Gloomers!
What proof is there the Door-to-Door work has any value left, the Internet is killing the Cult's efforts because of this site and JW Facts! One day each Pubbie will be required to buy their own Cart so they can stand outside banks, grocery stores and Post Offices like they use to do years ago.
