my sister-in-law (non-jw), who manages a popular chain restaurant near a kingdom hall, just found out that my wife and i have recently faded, so she decided to get something off her chest the other day... you guessed it: she wanted us to know that jws are the worst customers ever!
she then told us some really embarrassing stories about how jws would request a table for 15 to 20 people (after a sunday meeting) and then (when the bill came) some of the jws would start deliberating amongst themselves on whether or not the waiter was diligent or not (to justify the low tip he was getting anyway).

I ended up in the back room of the KH today
by Nobleheart inour public talk and wt study is on saturdays.
i was informed by an elder that i shouldn't leave right away after the meeting.. immediately i had a sinking feeling in my stomach.
but not as bad as i would have felt about it months ago.

Just wanted to say hello

i show up at the hall at 6:00 am on the day before christmas and no one is there.
she knows i'm da'd and doesn't care.

I know some will not agree with me, but I think you should
stay as long as you can stomach it. Think of the possibilities.
Undercover apostate , I know it,s hard when you learn the
truth about the truth, sitting there and listen to those lies. We
have A few here that are doing just that. (undercover) If you
can help just one out of that cult, that would be worth the
effort. But you would have to be very careful undercover.

Have the rules changed for inactive people?
by cognac incause i see a bunch of inactive doing disfellowshipping things and its known by the elders and the elders aren't doing anything because they are inactive.... so, just wondering if the rules have changed, or there is more of a loophole somewhere that wasn't there before?.

My son have been out for years, never DF. His mother is
A regular Pioneer, he have two uncles who are elders,
three cousins who are elders. He have told his mom he
do not beleive in the JW and do not want any thing to do
with that religion. Two weeks ago he ran into A elder he has
known since he was A child, he ask him when is he coming
back, my son told him never. They know he is responsible for
his ex wife in leaving(she has never been DF) her sister and
husband and childrens.None have been DF.

Management had consider let the rumor continue, but A
group of workers was drafting A petition, infringing on
their privacy (the bathroom). Workers was spending
less time in the bathrooms, people was not socializing
doing work hours, it was funny. I did not think it would
go that far.

I am sure you ex -bethel brothers have A few.
I recall two when I was younger. One when I lived in Olk.
I worked in A large manufacture plant. One bathroom
on the north end of the plant and the other bathroom
on the south. Four stalls in each. The plant employed
around three hundred. I work nites, A small crew.
One nite before our shift ended I set up two dummies
in two of the stalls, you could only see the shoes.
The next day I was told, their was A stream of people
heading to the south end to use the bathroom. Someone
stated, those guys must have had A rough nite, they have
been in there all morning. When the janitor went in to
clean up they found the dummies. Most found it funny,
except the ones with diarhea. Ok, remerber I was young.
The second one I have moved back to calif. I worked in
Airo space , and again I worked nites. A co worker from
Africa and I was working in the same work station and
for no apparent reason, I told him see those fixture on
the wall, those are camera. ( they were in fact emergency lights).
Within two days we had camera in the bathroom, lunch
room, you name it there was A camera there. One day I came
in to work and one coworker told me be careful they are
watching you. Make A long story short, management got
wind of it. I went in and told them, they thought it was
funny. They told me production went up.

he took out a business card and wrote Rev.3;20 on the back of
it and stuck it in the door.
When the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found
that his card had been returned. Added to it was this cryptic
message, Gen.3;10.. Reaching for the Bible to check out the citation,
he broke up in gales of laughter. Rev. 3:20 begins "Behold I
stand at the door and knock. Gen.3:10 reads, "I heard your
voice in the garden and I was afraid for I was naked.

I was in Nam 1967-1968, of course I wasn,t A JW, my sister was
working on my wife while I was in Nam (bible study).
I new A brother, A elder that served in prison and he told
me he regretted it. The biggest mistake he had made in his life.
